部屋は写真通りでチェックインしてすぐにくつろげ、プールにサウナにBBQ、犬も楽しく過ごすことができ、夜は灯りにノコギリクワガタが2匹も集まり子供も大人も大興奮でした！ ただ見たことない小さいナマコくらいのサイズのナマナメクジ(後でGoogleレンズで調べたら分かりました)を見つけた時は人によっては大興奮、怖いもの見たさの人は驚くこと間違いなし！ただ虫嫌いの人は絶望です！w なので虫が苦手な人は夜のBBQは向いてないかもしれません！ 朝は早起きして日の出を見たりとお手本のような休暇を過ごせたことがとてもよかったです！ あと少し気になる所は予約してから個人情報を入力する欄で全員で共有して入力できるのですがそれを共有して入力すると全員の住所や電話番号等の個人情報が丸わかりになってしまうのでそこは配慮が必要かと思います。 それ以外はとてもよい休日を過ごすことができ、また利用したいと思える施設でした！

The home is lovely and spacious, and we enjoyed spreading out after all of the cramped hotel rooms in Tokyo. Taxis had a difficult time finding the site, but it is very close to a train station, as another plus. If you are coming to Osaka for the World Expo or Universal Studios, be aware that your travel visa public transportation is approximately 1.5 hours each way to these sites. Bruce is very responsive and a wonderful host, and we felt welcomed during our enjoyable stay. As a family group, the house was perfect for our needs.

房子很好，环境也很好，离车站很近，早睡早起比较好。

友人と使用させていただきましたが、とても良かったです！ サウナ好きのメンバーなので温度が心配でしたが最高110°まで到達し、しっかりと整う事ができました。

It was a great stay at Gen-san’s villa with beautiful view of Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge from the roof top balcony. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Every details in the villa shows the thoughtfulness of the host. Gen-san reply message promptly and was friendly. Will definitely visit Awaji again in near future and will choose to stay at the villa again.

离jr滩站步行一分钟，去三宫也就一站！非常推荐的房源

This was a nice little place. Maybe a little cramped for 5 people, but our family managed just fine. The host was so kind to let us have one of the umbrellas since it was raining when we left. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Kobe station, but it is pretty much a straight shot and very easy to find. The kitchen was nice and easy to use. This was a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Nice place to stay at while in Kobe. Some of the local restaurants with good food are 10-15 mins away by walking. Property matched the photos in the listing and had all the listed amenities available.

Great location for getting to the airport in the morning. It took 15 minutes from leaving the place to entering the airport.

今回、男4人で利用させていただきました。 初日は近くの漁港で釣りをしてチェックイン、2日目のチェックアウトのあとは和歌山でサーフィンととても楽しむことができました。 また夜ごはんも外のスペースでBBQ、朝は近くの喫茶店でモーニングと充実していました。

I was a little worried because this Airbnb listing is new, but we’re so thankful that we stayed here. Honestly the pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so beautiful: a perfect blend of traditional and modern. All the amenities are new and stylish and the hosts couldn’t be kinder. They own a local cafe nearby and I also recommend you spend some time there to enjoy lunch or a coffee, you won’t regret it! I’d also recommend you get some groceries before settling in, because the kitchen is great to prepare some meals in. We were running late, but the host was kind enough to take us to a local grocery store, such great hospitality! The area surrounding is a quiet and peaceful, but it gives you a little taste of the Japanese countryside and gets you away from the “gaijin hordes”. Please come and enjoy a few days here, can’t recommend it highly enough!

Anna is the best host I have ever had for airbnb. She is very helpful and responsive. Around her airbnb, there is a local market with many restaurants, it was so much fun to spend time there. 100% recommended her airbnb! Thank you Anna!!

This was such a great find and close to lots of little gems we discovered during our stay - including a great French bakery down the road. Obama was very responsive the the place was very clean.

The surroundings are very peaceful, and the house is clean and comfortable. All the necessary amenities are thoughtfully provided. I highly recommend this place — it’s perfect for business trips as well as family vacations with children.
