Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sumner

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The unit was clean, the location was peaceful, and to hosts were so friendly. We needed a relaxing stay, and that is what we got.

Lee’s place was very easy to get to and close proximity to everything, 15 mins from SeaTac and probably another 15 mins to downtown. You can park right out front of the apartment. Lee provided local recommendation and it was spot on. The apartment have everything that’s needed from shampoo, conditioner to coffee and other stuff. We really enjoy our stay, thanks Lee for making our first time in Seattle a memorable trip! Would definitely recommend Lee’s place to everyone.

My fiance and I have always wanted to visit Seattle. When we came across Aaron's Airbnb, we fell in love. The pictures on their page is exactly how it is in person. The view of the water was beautiful. Even though the property is shared with others, I never bumped into anyone and it was very private. Definitely would book again!

Jeffrey was a wonderful host who provided so many recommendations on where to travel, clear instructions with pictures on entering/exiting and house amenity usage, and even sent me maps on train travel. His abode was very clean, simple, and comfortable. He was responsive and accomodating; I highly recommend him!

This Airbnb was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable-the big three most important things I look for. Loved it, and would highly recommend!

Beautiful place, my toddler loved all the ships in the port and all the planes that flew by. The house was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area.

This Airbnb is spotlessly clean while still at-home comfortable. Easy to get in and out, clear instructions all around the house. The back yard is lovely and relaxing. A great getaway for a professional, a couple, or a family or group.

Michael from the beginning was very quick to respond, accommodating a same day check in. We stayed just over a week and loved it, very comfortable beds, everything was very clean, and lots of thoughtful extras such as a basket of toys, to board games, to cooking oil so we could make pancakes. Also, when one of our group forgot an item, Michael was kind enough to let us know and coordinate it's return. I would definitely recommend staying here, we look forward to a future visit.

Super comfy and clean home. While it was a quick stay, the home was well-stocked, immaculately clean, and very comfortable.

What a GEM!!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this Airbnb had some of the greatest comforts of home along with the perfect additions to create a perfect stay. The goats are SO friendly and the entire place has everything you’d ever need. It’s also super spacious, big enough for 4 people easy. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great time staying here. It was peaceful and the backyard was such a nice touch for relaxing with family . The kitchen and pantry had everything necessary for one to make a meal which was important to me . Overall the place was nice and felt like home.

Our stay at Lisa’s Lake Tapps Lake house was outstanding to say the least!! She is an amazing host who will make you feel at home from the second you book your stay. The home is amazing and the lake was relaxing. We were able to lounge outside on the many seating arrangements. Our family enjoyed the fire pits with S’more’s and the Black Stone BBQ! The kayaks and paddle boards were available as well. We took some evening strolls around the neighborhood and enjoyed the Mt Rainier view and enjoyed seeing hot air balloons. Everything about our visit was AMAZING!

This airbnb was in a great location and near many of Seattle’s attractions! We really enjoyed being able to easily walk to the Space Needle and nearby restaurants. The condo was also super cozy and clean! The air conditioner and fans did a great job of blocking out the city noises. The condo required a code to get inside, so it felt very secure. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ron’s place. We were visiting our son and family and were very close to their home. We had a spectacular view of the sound from the condo. Having a washer/dryer wasn’t something we thought we would need but it ended up coming in handy before we left. Ron responded to our texts very promptly. Would highly recommend Ron’s place to anyone visiting the area.

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay in Seattle, and this property was excellent for our family of three. Our 7 year old took the couch and we had a grand old time walking around the area and watching the sun set on the water. It was very clean and had great instructions for all areas of the property. We felt safe knowing our car was secured and we were in a great area. Wonderful experience!

Lyle was an incredible host. The unit was in a great location, decorated so cute, and very clean. It had everything we needed! Lyle provided very clear instructions for entry and checked in with us more than once. We had a wonderful time in Seattle and would highly recommend staying here!

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!
