Holiday rentals with a patio in Sumner

This past stay at Jeanette and Sam's lovely apartment was our 4th time staying with them and we hope to return there during our next visit to Puyallup. They are the best hosts always available to help if needed. Their place is always clean, welcoming and comfortable with a magnificent view of Mt. Rainier! We love staying there and highly recommend it to others.

My fiance and I have always wanted to visit Seattle. When we came across Aaron's Airbnb, we fell in love. The pictures on their page is exactly how it is in person. The view of the water was beautiful. Even though the property is shared with others, I never bumped into anyone and it was very private. Definitely would book again!

Ty was very accommodating in all our needs and requests, even getting us a small kitchen table. If you are short, this might not be the place for you. Mirror and microwave very high. Traffic noise can be quite loud until later evening, but also a little interesting to watch. Close to so much to do.

Nicole’s place was very nice and clean, we will stay there again, felt safe, Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Few minutes away from groceries store, restaurants, gas station, easy access to the highway, overall great location.

This is a wonderful little get away a beautiful neighborhood. Will stay again.

This place was really spacious and clean. It was so close to a site we needed to be at over the long weekend, but besides that, there were lots of stores and restaurants all around. There were plenty of green spaces everywhere, like a trail behind the complex along a river, and the neighbourhood felt cozy and homey. The place had all the comforts and functionalilty you need--big kitchen, comfy beds, big TV, clean bathrooms, laundry, etc. Great morning light fell onto a little patio area. Great place to stay in Kent!

Casie and Ian are excellent host, super friendly and responsive when messaging. Had no issues and found the apartment in great condition! They stock the apartment with everything needed from cookware to toiletries and linens. I will definitely book with them on future trips to Seattle. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place, my toddler loved all the ships in the port and all the planes that flew by. The house was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area.

Very clean and spacious. Had a group of 6 and everyone had their own space. Will definitely book again. The pictures don’t do this property justice. BBQ grill was handy and easy to use. We cooked both nights. Be prepared to bring all ingredients for meals. Seasonings, oils, flour, sugar etc. 5 star stay.

Cozy and convenient. Steve made us feel right at home. Easy to get to White River Amphitheatre. Loved there is a gas station just behind for snacks and drinks 😀.

For a quick trip to Washington for basketball tournament it was a perfect location to everything wee needed and just the right size we needed for the weekend!

Sarah was friendly, and responsive. She was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. She provided snacks and toiletries. I definitely highly recommend Sarah and this home. Just lovely!

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. It was just what I needed for a solo getaway. Thanks Jonathan for the great communication and for providing such an awesome place!

The apartment was so cozy, cute and private. Everything looks just like the pictures posted. Christopher replied to your message pretty quick and was very helpful. We had a very good time staying here even. Highly recommended!

Second time staying here. House is nice, neighborhood is safe and has all the amenities you could need.

We were in town for a week and were perfectly comfortable in this unit. The condo was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of dishes, pots, pans and everything you might need to bake or cook. There are many thoughtful additions as well. Keurig coffee pods, water dispenser, paper products, hand soaps, hair dryer. Location is blocks from Lake Sammamish State Park, minutes from Costco Corporate, and easy access to I90 if you’re heading to Bellevue or Seattle. Plenty of restaurants, grocery options and shopping are nearby. A personal suggestion would be for some nice comfy chairs for the balcony. Danielle was great as a host and welcomed us at check in. She answered any and all questions we had and welcomed our elderly dog as well. We love the Seattle area and this is a great option for a home away from home.
