Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sumner County

A very good house, with a very complete kitchen, appliances, pots and pans, utensils, excellent. The location is very good, since there are shops such as Target, Costco, Kohl's, etc. very close by near the road to Nashville A spacious house, clean bedrooms, and hot water. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with this stay! The home was plenty big, each room is huge. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, scenery is amazing. The house is truly tucked away and private. It took about 35-40 min to get to broadway, but didn’t have any issues getting Ubers. As a group of 13, our favorite parts were the front porch & chairs for everyone, the size of the rooms so we could all have our suitcases open and still have space, and the overall area it’s in. If you’re a group of girls, I’d suggest bringing a few extra make up mirrors!

Our oldest daughter moved to that area. We have a large family. Finding a home that fits all of us, and in our budget is difficult. This home was perfect. The family has named it the one we will always stay in when we visit our daughter. We look forward to staying again soon.

This place is amazing! The view is breathtaking! We truly enjoyed this place and plan on revisiting! Jonny was a great host and quick to respond. Best hot tub ever!!!!

If you're using the washer, put a weight on the top of it to get it started. Otherwise, great location. Hot tub was nice, but cover was tough to get off.

Our loved the home and the amenities. Always something to do without leaving the house, between the arcade room indoor and outdoor pools and don’t forget the hot tub to relax in after a busy day visiting the big city. We loved the quiet peaceful location away from Nashville but it was still close for al our activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Carolyn was so accommodating and kind! The space was clean, comfortable, and much more spacious than we expected. An incredible value for the cost! I highly recommend it!

I’m never disappointed with my stay at either property. I tend to retreat here for me time or alone time with my husband. It’s always so relaxing, and the host always communicates in a timely fashion. Definitely a hidden gem

Joe and Lori’s place was great! Just the perfect distance from downtown! We went in to town everyday and never had an issue getting there from Joe and Lori’s. We are glad to have found this place! Thankful for a place like Joe and Lori’s that allows us to bring our fur babies with us! We will be back for sure! ☺️

I can not express how wonderful this tiny house is. The grounds were phenomenal, the hospitality truly Southern and charming. I was looking for a small little sanctuary to heal and Jay’s place was perfect for what my soul needed.

This has to be the very best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished with lovely woods in back and a great deck to sit out on and enjoy the peace and quiet. There was everything we could have possibly asked for, including a washer and dryer, which we used, since ours was a five day stay. It was truly a home away from home! And Carolyn was a great host—very quick to respond and couldn’t be more welcoming!

A beautiful space offered by very nice people. The space was clean and neat, and very welcoming and home-feeling. Hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. We are so glad we chose to stay in this space and would visit again in the future

Very clean, nice, beautiful area, right Beside the water, maybe a football filled away. i very much enjoyed my stay and will be back when I'm in the area. I highly recommend. also, there was great communication with the host

This was our 3rd stay at Fleming and John's place so we were familiar with check-in, location, and the amenities. We weren't prepared for major storms which passed through the area causing damage to some homes and power lines. We were without power for about 6 hours but John kept us informed (while we stayed at our daughter's home which had power). During a thunderstorm and possible tornado warning, this basement location was ideal for protection! Fortunately, we were spared the worst thank God! The place is a great value and only a couple of miles from our daughter and her family so we'll be considering it top priority for future visits.

Jonny’s home was more than we all expected! All 12 of us were so pleased with the home. We all had our own space and didn’t feel right on top of eachother. We loved sitting outside listening to the frogs/birds and seeing the fireflies at night was beautiful, a first for many of us. Everyone was bummed out that we couldn’t use the pool but that was my mistake for overlooking that detail in the description… no biggie though. If we ever go back to Tennessee I’ll definitely book with Jonny again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Nashville for those who love it’s history and roots. It’s much bigger than it seems online and it’s very comfortable. What a treat!

This house was super cute. It was very large and could easily host 5 couples comfortably. It had a great game room in the basement that was very fun to hang out in. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We felt very safe there. It was about a 15 minute Uber/Lyft ride from Broadway. Darbi and Teryn were very good at responding quickly to any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay.
