Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Summit County

We had a very good time and will have nice memories of this stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The yard was beautiful and very well maintained—perfect for relaxing. We especially loved that each room had its own half bathroom, which was incredibly convenient. Communication with Julia and the team was smooth and friendly, and check-in was easy. The quality of this place is outstanding! Some houses look good in photos, but when you get there, the details show how little effort goes into maintaining it. This place is the exact opposite. Annette clearly takes extreme care of this house. It’s even better in person than the pictures show! And she has obviously thought through the guest experience, as there were water bottles, snacks, blankets, and so many other “extras” that made the stay seamless. If we’re ever in the Akron area again we will 1000% be staying here again.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend stay for my wife and I. Nice views of the lakes down the street and plenty of walk ability. Place was clean and efficient as well.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. We were in town for a wedding. We loved the deck and used it each day for coffee and conversation. A beautiful welcome bag left in the kitchen and some extras in the bathroom. Just enough extra touches to make our stay feel like family and not guests. The garage is convenient and easy access allowing entry without carrying a house key. Kudos to Tim and Julie !

The house is a mid-century classic with a recent renovation. The home has a large yard, so there are places for people to get away and sit and relax. The "central hub" is in the center of the house, flanked by the bedrooms, where you can eat and hang out. The outside patio is also a great place to hang. New appliances, countertops, etc. Everyone in our group slept well, and while the house is somewhat on a busy road, it was very quiet at night. You are very nearby pizza, bbq, sushi, and ice cream, among others, if cooking is not your thing. I would definitely return. Thank you to the hosts!!!!

This place was great. Just like the photos. Perfect for our weekend hanging with friends in Akron and visiting CVNP. Walkable to highland square restaurants and mustard seed market which was nice too. Like others mentioned, it’s an old house divided up into apartments so there was some noise from other units. However we expected that and it was fine. Very clean and will absolutely stay again when we’re in the area.

The place is beautiful and as described. I felt right at home. It is private, very clean, and perfect for anyone needing a place to reset and rest. The host has to be the best host! The host is very responsive. I would highly recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Wade's. We had a blown out tire on the way to our stay and ended up not arriving a day late. He was very easy to reach via message and met us the next morning. He helped us come up with a plan for our abbreviated stay and all his recommendations were spot on. He is a wonderful host and I hope that we can return to this beautiful area again. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. He even left a loaf of cinnamon toast for us to have for breakfast. There were maps made available for both hiking and biking. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There extra towels and soap and shampoo were available. We would highly recommend staying at Wade's place!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb this past weekend. The space was exactly as described. It was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The host was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We slept comfortably and truly felt at home. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to or through the area.

My husband stayed here for a trip to celebrate his retirement, it is a neat and perfect condo centrally located in downtown. We tried to fit in as much as we could in three and half days. We walked to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was fabulous- a must see!! Also, walked to a baseball game one night, beautiful park. Visited the art museum and botanical garden, and West Side Market. As far as food, Dante for Italian was delicious, Blue Point Grille which is right across the street from this place was awesome. and Johnny's Little Bar and grill for the best burger, right around the corner also. Stephanie was the best to communicate with, she suggested things to do and we did almost all of what suggested, cant wait to return. Thanks for the best time!

I was in town for work and the location was perfect. Unit was very clean and pictures match reality. I appreciated the water pitcher! I walked to the main street to eat and felt comfortable. I had one issue during my stay and Jenny was quick to resolve it, even a neighbor stepped in to assist. I give a 4.9 for my review and not because of the host. The building has a front entry door that has a lock but the neighbors leave the door ajar. Just be mindful of surroundings. Other than that perfect location for my trip, and unit was way better than my coworkers around the corner! Thanks!

We had a great stay at Vincent’s apartment! Everything was clean, he was responsive ahead of check in and during our stay, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the space was very comfortable. It is right in the midst of Lakewood bars and restaurants and this was a perfect location for us. Thank you, Vincent, for the great hospitality!

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

Enjoyed our stay in this stylish 2-floor unit! The pictures are very accurate. This rental is comfortable and has personality. Many walkable dining options nearby. We were there over a weekend and it was quiet and peaceful. Bathroom is a little small and could use a glow-up but very clean and totally functional. Hosts super responsive. Would stay there again!

A wonderful place to land for a few days...or even longer! All the amenities one might need to feel right at home. Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable furniture and bed. Right downtown and blocks from the Cleveland Browns stadium. At least 5 5-star restaurants are located right on the same block! Beautiful walk down to Lake Erie! Highly recommend.
