Family-friendly holiday rentals in Summerlin, Las Vegas

This was a great location and everyone from valet to reception was very friendly and helpful. Our host, Michele, was very proactive by checking on our needs beforehand. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Las Vegas.

Beautiful place. Everything was as advertised. The hot tub was especially nice for the post-Mt. Charleston 1/2 marathon recovery. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with stores and food within walking distance. If you don't mind a little extra walking, the Arts District and Fremont Street are easily attainable, though if you'd rather ride, a very short Uber trip. We'd highly recommend this place and will look for it the next time we're in town.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Henderson! It was the perfect spot for our family of 9. It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was great! Close enough to Fremont and the Las Vegas Strip for day trips, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The house itself was stunning. The pool area was a hit with the whole family, and the teepee was such a unique and serene touch. I even spent one quiet morning reading out there. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the kitchen and bar area had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Nancy was very responsive and flexible with our requests to make our friends and family get together a wonderful experience. Since we only stayed for two night, we didn’t enjoy all things that house offers. So many thoughtful things are at home for fun filled vacation. Thank you Nancy

She is extremely responsive to any questions, always providing prompt and helpful answers. One of the highlights was the clear and detailed check-in instructions, which worked flawlessly and made the arrival seamless. Kathy is also incredibly pleasant and receptive to feedback, handling it in the best possible way. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

Jason was a kind and responsive host. He provided very clear instructions for arrival and check out. The space was spacious and very clean! Loved that the areas were sectioned off but still open floor plan. It was perfect for our large group. Location was great — close to grocery stores and local restaurants.

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location. Has grocery store and lots of food places nearby. Close to Airport Car Rental Center. Close enough to the strip but far enough to feel safe and comfortable. The place had almost everything we needed for our short stay.

Andrew’s place is nicely appointed, well taken care of, convenient to everything. It is perfect! Andrew was great to work with! Very responsive, flexible, and helpful! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Great house, spacious, clean and perfect for the six of us to spread out. The outdoor patio was great with views of the strip. Easy to find and close to everything.

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Joseph was an amazing host! He was feeling sick when we arrived, so we didn’t get a chance to meet him. But that didn’t stop him from sending a helpful welcome message or regularly checking on us throughout our stay. A past reviewer said it was like staying at a friend’s house; they were 100% right. The Airbnb is spacious and beautifully decorated! It has a few things that need a touch up, but these signs of wear didn’t detract from our stay at all. Biggest pluses are the gorgeous backyard and pool (essential for beating the heat), one-level design (which was great for us because on member of our party could not do lots of stairs), super quiet neighborhood, and easy access to 24/7 public transit for getting around. Also, it was very well-equipped with great appliances, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Such a thoughtful touch! I kinda wish it was a little closer to the strip, but I wouldn’t trade the space this beautiful place offers for proximity. Highly recommend!
