Very classic Japanese homestay, beautifully decorated.Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is in a residential area. When you walk from the B&B to the station, you can see other Japanese-style houses, which is very atmospheric.The price is actually about the same as the hotel in the city center, the main thing is the experience. The host Makoto is very nice, pick up and drop off for check-in and check-out, and will introduce the facilities around the homestay when you check in.We tried the Osakayaki he recommended, and it was quite delicious.There are also different activities every month, and if you catch up, you can join guests from different countries.

Nice location especially towards Expo. Peaceful and nice neighborhood. Got luggage stored upon arrival before check-in and recommend luggage storage at Bentencho station as stated by the host to avoid 10000yen per item at Expo.

We absolutely loved staying at this place and we would definitely book again if we came back to Japan! Hosts were great and accommodating - we were able to check in early too as the lovely cleaner had just finished cleaning out the house and we were able to leave our luggage when we went out exploring which was a bonus. Beds were very comfy, it was spacious and very clean!!
