Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Šumber

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for the kids, with an immersive playground and trampolines that kept them entertained for hours. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The outdoor area was particularly great, offering plenty of room for the kids to play safely. Highly recommend this place for families looking for fun and relaxation in one spot!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Tanja’s place in Pula was perfect for our three night stay. Each night and morning we were able to walk into old town and get amazing food, it’s also 10 minutes from some of the best sights! The view from the balcony is so pretty and the space itself is cozy. We loved this apartment and would happily stay with Tanja again. She was communicative and kind the whole time!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. It was great staying here! The host was very hospitable, flexible check-in times, very good contact, and we were allowed to stay in the property until the evening. The crystal clear water in the pool, the neighborhood is quiet and green, and it all made the trip exceptionally successful. We are very satisfied and will definitely go back to Croatia!

Rafael & Milena are great hosts! They are very courteous, friendly, attentive and helpful. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, it was nicely furnished, very clean, had everything necessary for everyday holiday life and if we had any questions, we could always contact Rafael. The temperature in the apartment is very pleasant, even at high temperatures. The garden is really beautiful, a great place to feel good and many butterflies, bees & co. due to the large lavender bush. Apartment is an absolute recommendation! Thanks and see you soon :)

well located outside but right next to Labin with a nice view of the city. A few minutes' walk to get there. Neven and her family are very welcoming.

Irina's Happy Beach apartment is exactly what is promised in advance. A property right by the sea, very quiet and private. Perfect for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. 😀 Irina is a great host with many tips for the area and very easy to reach if you have any questions. The area is also particularly well suited as a starting point for paddle or kayak tours incl. Berth with good access and egress. Here you get exactly what you see in the photos.

We enjoyed our time at Marino's accommodation. We especially liked the pool. It is located in a quiet, secluded location and is very well maintained. Even in the small apartment, there was everything you needed. Marino and his whole family are also very warm and made us feel welcome. We can 100% recommend Marino's accommodation!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.

First, if you visit Croatia, visit Pula. Second, if you visit Pula, you must stay with Suzanne and Dalibor. The apt is perfect for a couple. Right in the city center, lots to do, restaurants, bars, things to do. Also, you have the perfect hosts, they were so welcoming and helpful, made our stay memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

Pretty, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea view and barbecue. The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.
