Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sumatra

Love this place so much! Same goes for my family. Dennis is a good and responsive host. His house is very clean—feels like home sweet home. You can see he put a lot of thought and care into his homestay. Dennis prepared a lot of free F&B (eggs, cup noodles, coffee, tea, Milo, milk, etc). We loved the balcony the most—very comfortable! Had breakfast there every morning with what he provided. If got Jam, it would be perfect! Really appreciate he gave freeze-dried coffee and not 3-in-1—nice touch! Living room has 2 sofas—one of them is moderately firm, good for sleeping. Two bedrooms: master room fits 3–4 people and smaller room fits 2 and comes with a balcony. The bathroom is clean, and shampoo is provided. Water pressure is strong, and the water is hot. The TV is large but only supports YouTube, unless you have a Netflix account to log in. Parking is convenient, just in front of the house and no need to wait for the lift—very convenient! Overall, an excellent stay. Thanks again!

Our family enjoyed the 9-night stay in this nice, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb in a great location with many nearby eateries and with easy access to the beach. We were given clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Despite the heat outside, the apartment became our paradise as we entered it. It has beautiful hill views from the sitting room and bedroom. Watching different birds from the sitting room and monitor lizards in the small drainage below the windows at different times of the day was an enjoyment.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need. Amazing pool at your doorstep. Laundry facilities were great. Easy to get a grab and get anywhere you want in Penang. Excellent instructions from host and very responsive. Highly recommend and will book again!

Host was nice and friendly. The instruction provided was clear and concise regarding the accommodation. Place is clean and setup in a nice layout. House is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and easy to find. 24 Hr convenience store is a short 5 minutes walk.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Taipan area, yet quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt— our host Fook Khiang were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One of the cutest Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Perfect balance between historic feeling and modern comfort. Great hosts. Plenty of space for our family of five. And it's an awesome location, close to all the World Heritage Site attractions but on a quiet side street. (That said, it's right next to a big mosque with massive speakers and the 5:51am call to prayer jolted us awake, even through earplugs and a noise machine. So if you're sensitive to noise, be aware that the call to prayer will be multiple times a day.)

I have stayed here for 2nd time and it was satisfying. Great house theme and suitable for photography sessions. Clean and tidy. Private pool is inside the house and accessible anytime. Great for kids.

We had a great stay at Andrews place it was better a better location than we thought, the view from the apartment with the Petronas Towers in full view was spectacular

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

以下是我真實的評價，想讓大家參考。 總括來說，這裏是值得住宿的，地點真的一流👍🏻👍🏻 住宿樓下應有盡有，位於鬧市中，有很多大型商場，非常方便！客廳很大，如果是大群體，更加是超值的。不過缺點也有以下： 1）公寓的電梯真的太熱太熱了！完全沒有空調，沒有空調也理解，但竟然電梯內連抽氣扇也沒有，所以我們每天乘坐電梯時都會很擔心，如果乘坐中途電梯壞了，困在裏面就真的出大事了，這真的是安全問題，我相信會暈倒的 。當然這個問題跟James沒有關係，因為這個是大廈本身的問題，所以每天最討厭就是要出入電梯 。 2）我租住之前有看過這裏的評價，看到很多人都反映房間的空調不夠，而事實的確如此，房間的空調不夠，而房間內的洗手間更加是侷促的，洗手間是真的很熱很熱 。我在第二天的晚上10點多時，有短訊James反映，但可能他們已睡了，沒有回覆，而後來直到11點，我覺得有涼快了一點，所以我繼續短訊手James 說現在涼快了一點，就請他們早點休息吧，但第二天早上他們也沒有回覆過我，這點我就不太理解了 3）初次入住房間時，James的解說真的有點長，應該有半小時，而且要先付押金，也需要給所有訪客的護照號碼，規矩真的有點多，住其他B&B 很少有那麼多規矩，也看出James他們真的很緊張房子，不過這點也能理解，可能曾經有些住客不太合作吧 。另外我有嘗試用手機短訊跟他們溝通，但他們要求只能在Airbnb裏的訊息系統來溝通，我覺得這個不太方便，他們的規矩真的有點多，不過可以接受 4）我們入住第一晚，其中一間房子有一只活的蟑螂，是中型的，真的有點嚇壞了，所以我認為也存在着一點衛生問題，不過這個我沒有馬上向James反映，因為也算了，覺得反映也沒有用，因為我們都已經住進去了 以上是我真實的評價，我之前看這裏其他住客的評價，我曾經有猶豫是否應該租住，不過地點真的太棒了，所以我最後也選擇這裏，所以我才寫那麼多，希望能供其他人參考。總括來說，我覺得住這裡是值得的，不過電梯真的有點可怕，哈哈

超级便捷，走路5分钟就能到双子塔，房子超级干净！房子内生活用品也准备充足！下次来还会预定！

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!

Weykey is great host, she gave clear instruction upon our check in/out time, always responsive and also helpful. Her unit is superb, Spotlessly clean, has a great view towards the ocean and the city, lots of big windows, bright, bed was soo comfy and a have a nice kitchen set up. We truly have no complain about her unit and loving every second we spent there. Will definitely book this unit again if we happen have a chance to go back to Penang!
