We had an amazing stay at Kumaaresh’s place! He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our booking—communication was quick and smooth, and check-in was a breeze. The house is one of the best options in Subang Jaya for large groups. It’s very spacious, with big rooms and more than enough bathrooms for everyone to shower comfortably. The location is great—just a short distance from Sunway Mall, and there’s a nearby convenience store for anything you might need. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

Beautiful place for a staycation with friends and family. the kids enjoyed so much during the stays. is clean, beautiful surrounding, easy to communicate with the Mr.Koolhaus and the house is fully equipped with all the necessity. will be back again for another stay.

It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there..This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner. Rooms were spacious and comfortable especially master bedroom. We loved the ambience, the interior was nice. a stay that worth for money. got 2 swimming pool, large n variety of bed arrangement to fit big family in each room.

Very easy check in process and an even more comfortable stay. Love the tatami style bed which means I won’t need to worry my kid will roll and fall off the bed. The only downside is the long queue for the lift. Even if manage to get into the lift be prepared for a slow descent as the lift will stop almost every floor on the way down if you are leaving during the apartment peak hours.

A unexpected gem in the Genting Permai area, with easy parking, good surrounding shops and convenient access to the GPO, cable cars and GohTong Jaya vicinity. Unit itself was pretty nice, with nice touches and generally pristine condition. Noise at night might be a bit much for light sleepers as it's near the main Genting road and oftentimes there are speeding racers on the weekends, but otherwise a very nice location for a short staycation. The pool and jacuzzi facilities on the rooftop were a pleasant surprise as well, although they are only open from 8 - 8 every day.

One of the best airbnb that I ever experienced. Very clean and neat. Greeted with a very nice scent. Comfy mattress, I have a sound sleep. Overall standard, I would say it's higher than some other unit hosted by superhost.

Subash was fantastic as a host! The house was spectacular and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. The space is very conducive to good quality time. 100% would recommend staying here.
