Overall, it was a really great stay. The place was spacious, well-located, and had an amazing view. The host was very responsive, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. There was quite a bit of dust and hair on the bed sheets, and the bathroom didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned either. That said, everything else was so good that I didn’t feel the need to ask for a re-clean. I stayed for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience.

The room is comfortable, clean, and convenient for transportation.

Yani, Maica, and Mary were the trifecta of service so empowered and incredibly responsive I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The unit was lovely and well appointed and when I requested a sheet to help adjust to the climate, I was met with a creative and prompt solution from my amazing and inspired service team. Never before have I had such superb service and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It didn’t hurt too that the location and ambiance were sublime. Despite my slightly bumbling initial communications Yani, Mary, and Maica made our stay something to remember, rinse, and repeat as necessary in a world full of average, this stay was quite something special thank you!

The place was large with 3 bedrooms and 5 queen beds. The balcony can see great sea view. The location is good but traffic is a little busy. It was a good stay and will come next time!

The place is exactly like the photos – clean, neat, and cozy! Everything we needed was provided, including body wash, towels, an iron, and even a rotatable TV which was a nice touch. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay here from 12–15 June with my husband. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was very clean, the shower had strong water pressure, and both the linen and towels were fresh and spotless. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. I’m really satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in KL!

Great place to stay especially for big families. Location is great however it can get quite noisy at night as the shops are right below.

Amazing host and room! Everything was so clear, check in and check out process so smooth. We really appreciated how clean everything was and a very generic hotel room was made into an aesthetic and homely stay. Extra amenities like the washing machine were really appreciated. We stayed in the same hotel but with a different company after and it did not live up to this host, where check in was a hassle and everything was dirty, so if your staying in KLCC i very highly recommend this hotel with this host specifically. Pool and location are also great 😊

Swimming pool with the best view in town. Large and comfortable room. Luxurious and elegant residence. It might be a little difficult to find food nearby, but the apartment is very close to KLCC

Ethan was amazing even when we were having issue, he went out his way to resolve it for us. The place was just perfect and the kids absolutely loved and made for a wonderful stay in KL. Thanks for everything.

Super love the theme of the apartment! It was very spacious and felt so relaxed lounging around while watching netflix. Toilet and shower area was clean, the rain shower head was a pleasant surprise, made our stay much more enjoyable. Only downside is the construction noise outside that starts around Saturday morning 8am which woke me up :( but that can't really be helped. Nonetheless would love to be back again for the room itself!

Great just wish the pool was open though, very convenient place with food almost everywhere, plus with the mall nearby. Its a big plus for anyone who needs to stay in setia alam or near shah alam for a lil while
