We were so impressed upon checking in that we started texting our friends almost immediately, recommending this place for their upcoming trip to JB. Host (Eric): Replies quickly and communicates clearly before and during the stay. Listing is true to photos and description. Thoughtful gestures like offering late check-out without being asked are especially appreciated—particularly during our one-night stays with long travel ahead, especially we were traveling with elderly family members and children with special needs. A stocked fridge at no charge is also a standout touch. Muslim-friendly utensils are available in special locked cabinets. The house: All areas are impeccably clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and water heaters are fully functioning, and the bathrooms are equipped with extractors. Built and finished using premium materials throughout. Pool and BBQ area were a highlight. Value for money: offers excellent quality and experience for the price.

Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The parking space in front was spacious, which made things really convenient for my family. I hosted a small birthday party for close family members and it was such a great experience—especially with the swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved! They had so much fun. The location is also convenient, with some shops and a petrol station nearby. The owner, Ms. Florah, was very kind and responsive. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, bottled water, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already planning to come back again in the future!

House beautiful location nice can watch netflix

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind, responsive, and made the check-in process seamless. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to shops and restaurants. One thing that could make the stay even better would be the addition of a washing machine with a dryer. For longer stays, it would be a huge convenience. Aside from that, everything was excellent and I’d gladly book this place again. Highly recommended!

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect for us, as we were looking for a place within walking distance to the beach that also had a swimming pool for the kids. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. However, the common area can get quite hot during the morning and afternoon. It would be great if more fans were provided. For the the dining area, installing blinds to block out the direct sunlight would make the space more comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Right in front of the homestay, there’s a nasi lemak restaurant that opens at night.

A perfect place for our first ever PongKang Sportsfest. The place had the amenities as described- basketball, badminton, billiards, football table, darts, and many more other small games. It’s a new place. Lights all over the house and garden. Michelle and Alex are one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They’re very responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back to this place soon. first of all the we got no regret booking on this apartment. its 99.9% brand new home with best renovation and deco done. super clean. walkable to all eatery and even to habour centre for our snorkling . . the last thing the home owner super friendly speak well english too. . we just feel like home . we do take good care of the place too. . thanks and we will book again in futurn if we coming back to mersing . . overall this the only place is the best in mersing . best security too . . with atas sweden lift 👍🏻

Totally a good choice and never regret booking it! My children love the place and it was clean, cosy and amenities are all good. Guard is friendly and house is easy to find as well. We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Stephanie showed us all around and made sure we knew how everything worked which was incredibly gracious of her. Our guests loved the pool and the beauty of the view from all the balconies. Very comfortable stay. Location near to town buy quite and safe due to guarded and gated environment. Very near to private swimming pool. Comfy bed and we have a good rest after tired day. Big Tv , can watch Netflix , YouTube and lots of drama movie etc. house very clean and free of any smell or odour.

Love the place! Very cosy and clean as per described and in the photos 😊 The space is just enough for the 7 of us. Not too big and not too small. I love that every corner and every room has AC and fan so the house always feels cool and comfy. The house even provide with own netflix so no need to log in your own. The pool is slightly small but we still enjoyed it. Suitable for kids not so much for adults. Would be great if can upgrade the gate to auto for easier going in and out. And maybe can mention in the description about the 4th room detached from main house. All in all we had a blast weekend and very happy with the place 🙃🙃

I believe this is one of the best place i've stayed in Malaysia. The house was aesthetically designed making it feel so warm and cosy and it seriously felt like home. I wish i could stay longer but time was not being nice. Totally recommend to stay here for a day or two to explore Ipoh.
