The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the mountains

Entspanne dich auf 900 Höhenmeter. Neu renoviertes, 50 m2 großes Appartement mit top ausgestatteter Küche, Doppelbett (180×200) und Schlafcouch. Ideal für Wanderungen oder Touren mit dem Rad. Im Ort befindet sich ein Skilift, der bei ausreichend Schnee betrieben wird. Das Skigebiet Laterns ist in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ein gut sortierter Lebensmittelladen ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Whirlpool derzeit leider DEFEKT - ab voraussichtlich Mitte Juni wieder verfügbar.

This well-kept living-bedroom apartment in an old building is centrally located and offers a cozy comfort. A private parking lot is available free of charge. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the sleeping area there is a very high-quality pull-out bed and another sofa which can be used as an additional single bed. Beautiful outdoor patio is available. Also there is space to keep your bicycles, ski equipment if needed.

It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Vacation home - Recreation and nature

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation
