The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

The place to stay, the man to know. Intending to visit his other locations. Great host and the location couldn’t be better! Though short, we felt right at home.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

مرحبا عزيزتي olcay سعدت بالسكن في منزلك الأكثر من رائع بالنسبة لي يعتبر هذا المنزل جوهرة في قلب جيهانجير السكن نظف جدا اهتمامك بالتفاصيل ابهرني 😍 كل شي ينتظرك بكمال فقط احضر ملابسك و عش التجربة 😍 عادة لا تعطي تقييم لاي مكان تسكنه إلا إذا كان يستحق وهذا المنزل يستحق ١٠/١٠ الواقع اجمل من الصور 😍 المنطقة كل شي فيها جميل وسهل الوصول له إذا صعدت الدرجات بجانب البيت تجد شوارع ساحرة و كل شي فيها مطاعم مافيها سوبر ماركت إذا نزلت إلى الاسفل غلاطة بورت و كاريكوي افتح نافذة التراس و استمتع بصوت الطيور و الطبيعه و اصوات العبارات لم نحتج إلى التكييف كان الجو لطيف جدا شكرا لك

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this sleek and modern one-bedroom apartment right next to the iconic Galata Tower. The space was beautifully designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. It was perfect for a couple – cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities we needed thoughtfully provided. The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to some of Istanbul’s best sights, cafés, and shops within minutes, and yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful at night – a real gem in such a lively area. Our host was responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We only wish we had stayed longer! This is definitely a place we’d love to return to on our next visit to Istanbul.

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Well thank you and I’ll exactly come back again . 5 stars for apartment, 10 stars for Bur

Great apartment in the heart of Vadistanbul. Groceries, restaurants in a walking distance. The host was very helpful with the check in and communication. He Waited for us extra hours as our flight was delayed. Then also was kind to show us around. Thanks for the hospitality. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

Ich war begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt im Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! Die Wohnung in der 36. Etage bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Istanbul – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig, das Gebäude sehr gepflegt und sicher. Perfekt für einen stilvollen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Klare Empfehlung!

位置很不错.

Très belle maison de style ottoman avec une vue magique sur la Corne d'Or du petit déjeuner au coucher du soleil, en compagnie du petit chat noir ;) le quartier est coloré et agréable à vivre... Bien desservi par les transports, une fois les arrêts trouvés ;) Merve a été très flexible pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Merci à elle. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour cette première fois à Istanbul et nous recommandons cet Airbnb ! Soyez en forme il y 49 marches jusqu'à la magnifique vue de la terrasse et une petite pente pour arriver à la maison.

Absolutely loved our one month stay here. House is a real gem. So beautifully decorated, with everything you need to be comfortable for a long visit. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and the shower was a real treat. And as mentioned in other reviews the stairs are a masterpiece, but defn not for those who aren’t steady on their feet. Such an interesting neighbourhood with so many lovely cafes, delicious bakeries and supermarkets close by. Host had made many local recommendations, and the ones we tried were great. Less than a 15min walk to the Ferry which we mostly used to go everywhere, as it is an incredible way to see Istanbul. Also, tram stop is close by with easy access to the Sultanahmet area. If you are after an authentic stay in an authentic area, this property is a real find. Thanks for having us. Vanessa

شقة جميلة تتكون من غرفة نوم سرير مزدوج مكيفة، وغرفة نوم سرير مفرد بدون تكييف. يوجد مكيف هواء في الممر المجاور للغرفة، وحمام، ومطبخ كامل فيه كل ما تحتاج، وغرفة معيشة بدون تكييف، ولكن يصلها هواء بارد من المكيف الموجود في الممر، الجو رائع، الشقة جميلة ومناسبة لسعرها. تقع الشقة بالقرب من منطقة شيشلي للتسوق ومحطة المترو. مالكها السيد Tunc، ودود للغاية وسريع الاستجابة، ومعاملته راقية جدًا، ومتعاون، أنصح بها بشدة، إذا كنت ترغب في شيء مرتب ويقوم بالواجب مقابل سعر معقول، فإليك ما تبحث عنه.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

Der Aufenthalt bei Özi war einfach fantastisch! Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation super herzlich und unkompliziert. Vor Ort hat alles perfekt gestimmt: Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – wenn nicht sogar noch besser! Der Ausblick war atemberaubend und jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Özi ist eine unglaublich liebe Gastgeberin, die sich mit viel Herz um alles kümmert. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und wäre am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Absolute Empfehlung – ich komme sehr gern wieder!

Der Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung war super angenehm. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und in einer guten Gegend. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, da sie sehr zentral ist. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung.

الشقة جميلة وجديده والاثاث مودرن وحديث والوصول اليها سهل بالدور 3 ويوجد مصعد ويوجد كفي تحت الشقه والبقالات قريبه وقريبه من السنتر في ششلي واصحاب العقار متعاونين ولطفين وكرماء والمكان هادي جدا للراحة والنوم لا يوجد ازعاع بعيدة عن القطارات والمترو والشوارع العامة حيث تحس بطعم الراحة في هذه الشقة وكأنك في بيتك … لقد اكرمونا حيث قدمو لنا كيكة بمناسبة العيد لقد وضعهو امام باب الشقه في ليلة العيد اصحاب العقار امير شكرا جزيلا 🌷 ياسمين شكرا جزيلا 🌷
