The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this sleek and modern one-bedroom apartment right next to the iconic Galata Tower. The space was beautifully designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. It was perfect for a couple – cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities we needed thoughtfully provided. The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to some of Istanbul’s best sights, cafés, and shops within minutes, and yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful at night – a real gem in such a lively area. Our host was responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We only wish we had stayed longer! This is definitely a place we’d love to return to on our next visit to Istanbul.

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Great apartment in the heart of Vadistanbul. Groceries, restaurants in a walking distance. The host was very helpful with the check in and communication. He Waited for us extra hours as our flight was delayed. Then also was kind to show us around. Thanks for the hospitality. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

Loved my stay at Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! The apartment on the 36th floor offers a breathtaking view over Istanbul – especially at sunset a real highlight. The equipment is modern and high quality, the building very well maintained and safe. Perfect for a stylish stay in a central location. Clear recommendation!

The location is very good.

Beautiful Ottoman-style house with a magical view of the Golden Horn from breakfast to sunset, in the company of the little black cat ;) the neighborhood is colorful and pleasant to live in... Well served by transport, once the stops are found ;) Merve was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Thanks to her. We had a great stay for this first time in Istanbul and we recommend this Airbnb! Be in shape, there are 49 steps to the magnificent view of the terrace and a small slope to get to the house.

Absolutely loved our one month stay here. House is a real gem. So beautifully decorated, with everything you need to be comfortable for a long visit. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and the shower was a real treat. And as mentioned in other reviews the stairs are a masterpiece, but defn not for those who aren’t steady on their feet. Such an interesting neighbourhood with so many lovely cafes, delicious bakeries and supermarkets close by. Host had made many local recommendations, and the ones we tried were great. Less than a 15min walk to the Ferry which we mostly used to go everywhere, as it is an incredible way to see Istanbul. Also, tram stop is close by with easy access to the Sultanahmet area. If you are after an authentic stay in an authentic area, this property is a real find. Thanks for having us. Vanessa

Beautiful apartment consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a bedroom with a single bed without air conditioning. There is an air conditioner in the corridor next to the room, a bathroom, a full kitchen with everything you need, and a living room without air conditioning, but it gets cold air from the air conditioner in the corridor, the atmosphere is wonderful, the apartment is beautiful and suitable for its price. The apartment is located near the Şişli shopping area and the metro station. Its owner, Mr. Tunc, is very friendly and responsive, and his treatment is very classy and cooperative, I highly recommend it, if you want something arranged and do the duty for a reasonable price, here is what you are looking for.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

This was our second time staying at Emine’s place. Just like the first time, the place was clean, comfortable and in a good location with the metro only a few minutes away by walk. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in Emir and Yasemin Place. The location is great and it’s a very comfortable place. The hosts are very responsive and would like to go back someday.
