Holiday rentals with a patio in Sultangazi

Great place to stay in Istanbul. Right next to a ferry terminal and near the tram for a quick ride into the golden horn. Awesome terrace with views across to the Asian side. The steps up to the flat as mentioned in other reviews aren’t that bad, and they are worth it anyway for the view. Responsive communication and key code/key box entry made for a swift entry when we arrived after a late night flight. Recommend to other travellers and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — just a 5 to 7 minute walk to Taksim Square, which makes it easy to access the metro and bus system. From Taksim, you can take the funicular down to Kabataş and hop on the T1 tram (at Kabatas) to reach key tourist sites like the Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Gulhane Park. You can also take a ferry to the Asian side (Üsküdar and Kadikoy) from Kabatas. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind, responsive, and great with communication. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay — we would definitely recommend it!

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Elif was super helpful. He opened the doors for us in person and fixed a sliding door that was off track before we checked in. Instructions were clear and the place had everything that we needed as tourists in Istanbul. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this stay for a group of 5-6.

My sister and I had a very comfortable stay here. Location is great - easy commute to all the top attractions including the airport. Clean house, comfortable bed, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and what really stood out was the lovely neighbourhood. There are lovely local tea places near the airbnb which we really enjoyed in the evenings. Will definitely come back if we are in Istanbul again.

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great Host and great apartment in beautiful place

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

I had a great experience staying at Çağla’s place in Istanbul. The apartment is located in the Fatih district, a charming and historic area with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many key sights. There’s also a parking lot just 100 meters away, which was very convenient. The home was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Çağla was an amazing host — friendly, responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Çağla!

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

The house was as described and shown in the photos. During our 7-day stay, we felt like we were at home. There is a small shopping mall under the house. In this shopping mall, there is a large supermarket in addition to different alternatives such as fast food style meals, meatballs and coffee shops, which provided us with great convenience. Mr. Özgür and Mr. Cavit answered our questions very quickly and solved our minor problems. There are many opportunities at home. When you arrive with your vehicle, you can easily park in the guest parking lot of the site. The kitchen and bathroom of the house were very useful. The bed was comfortable. We were satisfied enough during our stay.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

We did not have any problems during the stay. The house was as in the photos. It was really good in terms of transportation. The subway is right nearby. There are Migrosjet, a pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. in the vicinity. Everything was as described.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was spotless and quiet, with beautiful views from the terrace. The location is perfect for exploring Cihangir and beyond. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Everything was perfect; I would gladly come back!
