We had a lovely weekend! Clément was a very friendly host and attentive to us. The hot tub is a good plus! We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

We just had a very good relaxing weekend with a view of the horses. The spa on the terrace is a huge plus and we were able to enjoy it at any time and in a very relaxing calm. Fabien is an excellent host, very accommodating and available when needed. We came as two families with young children and the accommodation was ideal. Thanks for the stay.

Great weekend spent in this peaceful and warm place. The availability of the property was perfect. The hot tub is really very nice, large, clean and easily accessible. The terrace in full sun in the afternoon is really great. The only "bad point" would be the inventory to do on arrival, which is a little long, especially when you stay there barely 2 days 😅 I highly recommend this Cottage, we hope to be able to come back for a longer period of time!

Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!

Wonderful stay in a story book setting.

We spent 2 nights in Saint Viatre in a peaceful and spacious environment. Fabienne's mother is really adorable, Fabienne was very responsive, nothing to say. I was even able to fish in their pond. Our dog was the happiest with this beautiful property. I highly recommend it for relaxing and having a pleasant stay in Sologne. Once again, thank you for everything!

Fabrice is a very accommodating host. We spent 10 days in his house and felt very comfortable. The location is ideal for paddling on both the Loire and Loiret, visiting some castles and Orleans is easily accessible by bike. In addition, the strawberries and zucchini from Fabrice's garden tasted super delicious. We would come back anytime.

We were 3 couples and we stayed 4 nights. The setting is beautiful, the house is located in a large wooded park, crossed by a small river. It's beautiful, quiet, and restful. The accommodation is very functional, the rooms spacious, nicely decorated. The hosts are very welcoming, attentive and available. We discovered the region and enjoyed walks in the forest and by the ponds. Great stay!

We spent a very pleasant few days in this simple little house but with a nice garden not overlooked and excessively well located. Neighbors are very close but quiet and friendly. We were able to wash and hang laundry, enjoy the garden table and umbrella. Wifi works great. Also the house is quite cool when it's hot. We were well received and will happily return.

Excellent stay in Caroline's accommodation in a quiet and beautiful environment, communication with Caroline and Jean Marie was very cordial. The accommodation is well equipped with quality equipment and utensils. We recommend it for those seeking tranquility.

Pascal place made us feel at peace. the place is a little piece of paradise with direct water access and great veranda to pass a quit evening. Pascal and Tatiana are wonderful host, they are responsive and hospitable and are always trying to assist. we had great time staying at their location and will recommend it whole hartedly.

We really enjoyed the large garden and the clear view all around the house. There are two adjoining apartments but it did not bother us. A beautiful place, simple and quiet, to go green for a few days! Easy communication with Charles and his father, who welcomed us.
