The Villa of 80sqm consists of a large double bedroom of 21 sqm sea view, a living room of 21 sqm with sofa bed sea view; a nice bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with living room sea view. Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden where you will find furnished areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you go down to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a deck overlooking the sea and a restaurant.

The villa is located directly on the sand ( 8 meters from the water ) direct access to the sea. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette and large terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples , lovers of nature and tranquility. Unique house for location throughout the Gonnesa coast. Note: Not recommended for those who have walking problems due to the location on the sea that you arrive with a 100-meter walk path uphill. The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è molto accogliente, pur essendo in una via molto silenziosa è a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare, vicina a tutti i servizi, non avrete bisogno di usare l'auto se non per raggiungere le spiagge. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 6 km di distanza.

Non è la spiaggia più bella dell’isola, ma proprio per questo è poco frequentata, e si trova a metà strada tra le spiagge più belle e il paese.
