the accommodation is great, you have a lot of space outside you can also spend a day just at the pool. deborah was very friendly and easy to reach, although they live just around the corner we had a lot of privacy. 🐰 Attention🐰: there are small rabbits in the entrance street which goes in the direction of Airbnb, drive slowly & carefully, they run across the street from time to time.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

The stay was very nice. Everything was as described, great apartment for a couple, grandiose large terrace, great area. Unfortunately, not all restaurants were open yet out of season in mid-April and we could not use the pool. Of course, we knew that before, but it was a pity because it looked very inviting in the sometimes sunny weather. Otherwise, we would also give 5 stars for price/performance. Matteo and Katia's tips and quick helpful responses were great. It was also great that the two air conditioners quickly filled the bedroom and the living-dining area with warmth.

Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Would highly recommend.

Very good stay with Angelo and his family. The place, in the middle of nature, is peaceful while being close to the axes connecting it to the tourist areas. Angelo is very friendly and has good tips.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is on a hill with a view of the cathedral. You will hear a constant chiming of church bells and tourists visiting, which we didn’t mind. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill to get into Cagliari center and to restaurants. Keep in mind that if you have a rental car, the parking is a bit of a nuisance. On a map it appears to be just behind the apartment with a 12 min walk but it’s down a hill so there’s a lot of walking up and down the hill. Another thing to consider is that because the street in front is narrow, it is difficult to stop to load or unload your car since there’s almost always someone right behind you wanting to go forward. It’s a one car, one way street of an old charming city. Was a bit of a challenge to unload and load our luggage. Overall we loved the apartment and the church bells. The host was accessible and responsive. Maybe uber to and from the apartment for a more convenient stay.

We had a great stay. Loved the location, the terrace and view is just fabulous, parking easy and around the corner. Only slight negative is the water pressure in the shower is not so good, but can’t complain. I would return.

Our stay with Cinzia and her wonderful family was just perfect! From the start, they were incredibly helpful and warm. Although there was a problem with our rental car on arrival and we did not receive a car as agreed at the airport, Cinzia was immediately at our side. The taxi prices were extremely high, but Cinzia was kind enough to drive us personally to the nearest train station on our return. We are extremely grateful to her for this generosity! The apartment was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the morning cappuccino in the park directly opposite, at Gabriel's – it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Cinzia for your kindness and helpfulness. Few words other than WOW. The ever changing view of the sea & sky - sat and watched it for hours. Comfortable beds. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly host. Could not have asked for anything more. Spent time exploring the local area and the two islands - and of course the local restaurants. Our first visit to Sardinia - it will not be our last and I will most certainly see if Fabio's place is available for the next time.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

We had a great stay here, lots of space and very clean! It’s also in an excellent location, walkable to everything whilst still being in a quiet location, would definitely recommend!

We spent 9 days at Raphaella's. Everything was absolutely perfect. From check-in to checkout. Raphaella was great with availability. We didn't get a chance to meet her but as soon as I asked her for advice by text, she responded immediately and in detail. Raphaella is very concerned about the well-being of her “tenants.” Her apartment is very functional, extremely clean and nothing is lacking. This is probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Thanks Raphaella!

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!
