Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Suji-gu

I was well healed by the wide view of the Han River. It was a place I wanted to come to next time. ☺️☺️

Super convenient - close to the subway! Awesome location overall with so much to do (5 min walk from Myeongdong and easy access to the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking path). Would highly recommend staying here!!

I liked the accommodation. I was worried because it was a downtown area, but it was quiet.

Tidy place like home. The security was also clear, so I felt safe. There are all the necessary shopping malls in the building, so it was really comfortable.

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The location was good, and the host was quick to get in touch, so I had a satisfactory stay. The surrounding transportation was convenient, and it was convenient because there were marts and restaurants nearby. Thank you for your consideration.

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

The host gave a good overall description of the accommodation, and it was nice that he responded quickly whenever I had any inquiries. And above all, everything from the bedding to everything was so clean,👍🏻 and the unfortunate thing was that there were many types of board games, but it was unfortunate that I couldn't enjoy them. If I come to play next time, I want to come again.🫶🏻

I booked a room to travel with friends in Suwon, and I think I found a place that was very satisfactory for the price for 4 people on a weekday, so it was a very satisfying trip! There were a total of 3 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, but it was so nice because it was a very tidy + emotional spoon added accommodation! In particular, the details and interiors of each room were different, so it was fun to look at the rooms, and the bedding was so cozy and fluffy that I could feel the words that they said they manage the bedding every day! I was especially satisfied with the mood lighting everywhere, which made the atmosphere even more intense! There were plenty of bathroom towels, so I didn't have to worry! This is my first time using Airbnb in Korea, but I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. There's nothing to fault.

We highly recommend Space Moda to anyone who is staying in Seoul for a few days, or a longer stay. Moda was an exceptional host - this was the best lodging we had during our entire 23 day trip to Japan and South Korea!! We will come back for sure the next time we return to Korea!!!

It's a good location in Haenggung-dong! The disadvantage is that it's on the 4th floor without an elevator, but the accommodation was clean and spacious, so it was really nice. I intend to revisit.

I travel a lot, but this place was the best of them all. The host was very attentive and kindly responded, so I rested comfortably. I was so grateful that you even gave me a gift for my child's birthday ^^

Beautiful space! While it is not as affordable as the hotels we'd previously been staying in, the saying you get what you pay for is true here. You get space, which for a family feeling like they're living on top of one another is great. You have fresh air, peace and quiet and a bath house that was a joy to use. Great location with lots of food options around. We really loved it!

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had fun:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. :) This is a place I want to visit again next time!

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
