EXCEPTIONAL RELAXATION We spent 5 nights in this magical place together with our dog and I wish I could live there;) This place is really quiet equipped with everything you may need. House is strategically located. Hideen in nature, but bakery and shop within walking distance. Beautifull walk to marina take a few minutes. There’s lovely beach with a small cafeteria too. The village of Posedarje is full of nice people and it's really quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Sara and her parents took excellent care of us. We will definitely be happy to come back again. We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. Kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We stayed 4 nights in Marta's house. The house is very stylishly decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. Marta is a passionate host, and you can feel it. When we arrived (a little late), she put a fine meat and cheese platter in the fridge for us. We really appreciated this gesture. Marta also provided us with pasta, onions, tomato sauce, Sljivocic, coffee, sugar, etc. Marta was always very accessible but not intrusive. The house is very stylish and modernly furnished. There was nothing missing. The pool is beautiful and very clean. We felt at home and can warmly recommend this place. The house is located in a new residential area in which only 2-3 houses have been completed. Around the house was a construction site, the roads are not yet finished but passable. Marta can't do anything about that, so this negative part is information and for us does not belong in the review of the accommodation, which has earned 5 stars.

I really recommend Anita's apartment. Unquestionable cleanliness, the apartment is great, tastefully decorated and next to the city of Zadar. Thanks again to Anita for hosting us.☺️

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

The accommodation was very nice and private - 20 minutes from the airport and the sea. 10 minutes from a larger store. The hosts were prompt and very friendly, they left us plenty of drinks and food and advised us on anything we needed. We liked it very much and thank you.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.
