The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful view. It is very close to several consulates, and for the purpose of the trip, it was perfect, I was able to resolve everything I needed with less than a 5-minute walk.

Paulo’s place was spacious. Copacabana beach is a 8 minute walk and he provides the chairs. There is also A/C in every room. I’d recommend staying here as an American traveler.

Beautiful apartment, wooden floors, double glass windows, laundry, complete kitchen… but above all: amazing beach front view over Copacabana. Copacabana is the heart of Rio… there is always something going on. Amazing.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and we will certainly stay here again. We recommend it!

Everything was excellent, except that apparently there are ants in the building and they came into the bathroom, however everything was clean and in excellent condition, the host was always kind and was attentive at all times

The location is amazing. It seemed like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, it's still amazing!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

The accommodation is in excellent location, close to Lapa and only 5 minutes from the Glória metro station. Neighborhood has restaurant amenities, bars, market, pharmacy. Portaria works 24h, and the spacious, illuminated and ventilated accommodation. It exceeded expectations. The host responds proactively. I recommend and rebook without a doubt.

I had an excellent experience in Genilza's apartment in Copacabana. The property was very clean, well equipped and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The location is great, in a safe area, with many shops and easy access to everything. The building is very organized, the staff are extremely attentive and the shower is excellent, which made a big difference in the quality of the stay. I also want to highlight Genilza's attention, always very helpful and available to help with any questions or needs. I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. Marcelo and Isabel Very welcoming and kind. Speak French very well which is a big plus for us who don't speak Portuguese. The house is beautiful, a haven of peace. Our place was clean when we arrived, access by elevator and shower with a view of the sky, it was great. The pool is a meeting place with the owners and the other occupants, all very friendly. Very convenient Uber when you don't want to walk up from the Gloria metro. Access to all the tourist places of Rio, very good location of the accommodation. The views from the apartment were amazing - the best of Rio. Every window had views of Aporador to Ipanema, Leblon, and iconic Dois Irmãos. The Cristo (Corcovado) is even visible from the balcony. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed for a few days. Great access to both Copacabana and Ipanema, since the building is situated just between both beaches. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Everything is very clean and organized, close to the market, pharmacy, convenience store and one block from the sea... very well located! Kite and polite staff. Very well-equipped apartment.
