Family vacation for almost a week and everyone loved it! We definitely recommend families to come to the Blue Octopus for their next visit to Ocean View-Willoughby Spit. Friendly, clean and with all the amenities for the whole family.

I can't say enough positive things about Alice and her home. She was incredibly welcoming, and made my entire weekend a delight. Her home is beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay. But Alice's kindness and generosity really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

My family and I absolutely love our "Home away from home." This was our 2nd year enjoying all of the elegance and fun your home has to offer. Giovanni and family are the best host's that we have ever had. Communication is so important, and any time I reached out, I was quickly responded to. We got into town a little early, and they were very accommodating when they didn't have to be. The home is immaculate and warm and we didn't have to leave to be entertained. Visiting my son, who is active duty military is even more amazing when you have such a beautiful home with plenty of family things to do right at your fingertips. The neighborhood is peaceful and we felt safe and secure in our own private oasis! Thanks so much for making our stay just as amazing as the 1st time. Looking forward to our next trip!!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

The place was beautiful inside and out. My family and I felt like we’re at home. I love the outdoor space. Most of the times, my parents and I chilled outside enjoying the weather and chitchatting with each other. My family and I came down from Pennsylvania to visit my sisters who live about 10-15 mins away from the home. My family and I had a great time during our weekend stay. Hopefully one day we’ll come back and stay at this beautiful home again. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Definitely 5 stars :)

Stayed here was a family event it was spacious with a well equipped kitchen . The neighborhood was very quiet and safe could walk for miles without seeing a car or busy street .

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed and more. There are extra pillows, linens, and, blankets available. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to make coffee in the morning. There’s a first aid kit available as well. The backyard has a lovely deck, games and cornhole. My favorite part was the dock and the lake which was stunning and so relaxing with plenty of chairs to enjoy the view. Scott was a great host and very accommodating.

Fantastic hosts and the place was spotless. The hosts thought of everything to make us feel at home.

Tawanda was a great host. Everything was as advertised. She even went the extra mile and bought brand new kitchen utensils, cutting boards and a new cookie sheet for our stay. Very kid and pet friendly home! The home was even ready for us earlier than expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this Chesapeake, VA home. The home is newer, spotless, and located in a beautiful, quiet, and walkable neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was just right for our visit. It truly felt like a home away from home and was the ideal space for my family while we were in town celebrating a graduation. You can tell the host takes great pride in creating a welcoming experience. Highly recommend, and we’d gladly stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Host was amazing and made my stay there very smooth. Everything was SUPER clean when I arrived. Lots to do and great restaurants to eat at in the area. HIGHLY recommend this peaceful / beautiful townhome to stay at while in Suffolk, VA!

Where do I begin Tam’a place was very nice the pictures don’t give it enough credit .This house will have everything you need. She was quick to respond and will help with what ever you need , everything was great! I definitely will be returning when ever come to EC visit family again . Thanks again 🥰🥰

I have absolutely no complaints from my stay here. Friendly and very communicative host.

Doesn’t look like much on the outside but is BEAUTIFUL inside ! Everything was super clean ! I love how they played the towels on the bed everything was so esthetically pleasing. Wood readily available to use for fire pit is where we spent most our time . The fans in the room were high tech and worked better than A/C. We felt right at home and loved it here . James was very responsive and kind to our needs. We will be returning!
