Shepherds hut holiday rentals in Suffolk Coastal

We had a lovely two nights at Happy Valley. It is in a peaceful setting. It worked out really well for us as a family of 3. It is so nice to have the cooking facilities by the hut and it was so lovely to have the fire pit for the evening. We would love to come back!

We had a beautiful stay here 😊 lovely, peaceful surroundings and just what we wanted for a last minute getaway. The hut was slightly difficult to find in the dark but what a stunning place it is! Would definitely recommend this place to all 😁

A wonderful glamping/country farm site. We stayed in the Norfolk shepherds hut and it was perfect - spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want. A well thought-out brochure to download onto your phone with all the information you could need for your stay. Complimentary fresh free range eggs! Just perfect.

We had the perfect weekend stay and Emma's place, the views are breathtaking and they were great hosts. Left plenty of googldies for us at arrival and there were games for the kids to play, including a badminton set. Our daughter felt in love with Dora the cat. We'd love to come back

"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Shepherd's hut, despite the British weather! Neill and John were very friendly and helpful, they provided some wonderful recommendations - the Sunday roast at the nearby Fox Inn being a stand out. The hut itself had everything you needed and is very stylishly decorated, while the grounds were peaceful and wonderful to explore with the children. We'll definitely be back!

I loved the peace of the woods. Although the toilets and showers were away from the hut, there was a block assigned to each hut, so you had your own services while there. Hunstanton is only 25 25-minute drive away and the Sandringham estate is only a matter of miles. It was like camping again but with a lovely warm and comfortable shepherds hut instead of a tent :) Will return!

Delightful accommodation set in Clare’s beautiful garden, waking to birdsong and views out over rolling green fields. The hut is squeaky clean and very comfortable, great hot shower, extremely well designed and equipped to create a really cosy space both indoors and out. It’s worth knowing there are quite steep steps up to the hut: built for a strong, nimble shepherd! The village centre is a short walk up the hill and there are so many interesting old houses, independent shops and lovely places to eat. I recommend visits to the Guildhall and Little Hall, and stocking up on Suffolk Gold cheese. Clare is a wonderfully thoughtful host and couldn’t have been more helpful. I was in Lavenham to take part in a concert and she even produced an iron so I could get the creases out of my dress. Many thanks for providing the perfect home for my stay in beautiful Suffolk.

Lovely stay in the shepherd’s hut. We’ve stayed in a few different shepherd’s huts & this was definitely the most spacious. Great location to explore the Norfolk Broads. Very friendly & attentive host.

Blue Sky Huts are just idyllic. We had the most wonderful 2 days here disconnecting from reality and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The only noise was the birdsong! I cannot recommend this place highly enough if you just want to reset. It was only 30 mins from where we live yet felt like miles away. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you.

A well-equipped shepherd’s hut in a great location—so close to the beach you can see the property from the shore. Easy to find, with driveway parking and a smooth key lock-box check-in.

We had a lovely weekend break. We had a lovely friendly welcome on arrival. We did encounter a few problems which we messaged Kate about and she was very apologetic and her site manager, Jack, immediately came over to see if he could sort them. Unfortunately they couldn’t be fixed that evening but Kate made sure they were sorted the next morning when we popped out for a walk. The hut itself was compact and comfortable with all the luxuries you could need, toilet/shower, kitchen area and heating. The hot tub was lovely and nicely tucked away so you didn’t feel out in the open where people could overlook. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely book again. Thank you Kate.

Me and my partner had the most relaxing stay, exactly what we needed. It was peaceful, beautiful and fully in touch with nature. We fed the ducks and spent most of our evenings in the hot tub! The kitchenette was plenty for cooking our meals and the place was spotless!

Our fifth time at the cabin and it just gets better each time. We truly love it here. Beautiful scenery, lots of wildlife and best of all, peace and quiet! We’ll be back again for sure.

The shepherds hut has top quality fixtures and fittings. Although it is a small space it is expertly laid out and is beautiful inside. It has lovely views acroos the lake and is very peaceful. The only sounds you hear is the wildlife. There is a lovely pub and nature reserve in walking distance (the food is delicious). Woodbridge is a short drive. The owners were very helpful. I would stay here again.

What a perfect place to just switch off from the world and have a rest. The hut is just gorgeous with anything you might need to hand. Will be recommending and returning!

The Orchard Wagon is a great place to stay. Really cosy and secluded, bedding, towels and fixtures and fittings were lovely and the wagon itself is built to a high standard. It was our first holiday away together and one we won't forget. Thank you Caroline for being such a great host!

Had a lovely night here with my wife for our anniversary. The hit was absolutely perfect for what we wanted,it was so peaceful with lovely countryside views to look at as we sat by the fire pit. Will definitely return and would definitely recommend

A cute and cosy hut in an idyllic spot- very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and feeding the animals. Anna was a very friendly host but not intrusive and the hut felt private despite being close to Anna's house.

We had a brilliant 3 night stay at Brushwood Nook! Natasha and Sean have created a relaxation haven at their Shepards Hut and were absolutely wonderful hosts. The hut had not only THE MOST wonderful views but felt completely private with a separate place to park and being well positioned so that you feel totally in your own little bubble! The Nook had all the amenities we could need and everything was spotlessly clean. The local area was beautiful and Natasha went above and beyond with both the number of recommendations and details of each - allowing us to spend more time enjoying what we were doing rather than planning! Thank you Natasha and Sean! We would love to stay again!!

This was our second time staying at Foxtail Lodge, and it certainly won’t be our last. The lodge is wonderful - cosy, comfortable, with excellent amenities and everything you could need for a lovely few days away. The location is fantastic too. It’s peaceful and so beautiful, with a lovely walk to the nearby Lynford Arboretum. The hot tub is such a treat, and it’s always spotlessly clean and fresh. We were blessed with clear skies and enjoyed sitting back in the hot tub looking at the stars. Jennifer is a wonderful host, and we can’t wait to book again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Lexy's. The location is perfect - in walking distance of a nature reserve, close to shops (including a farm shop where you can pick your own strawberries) and 20 mins from a beach where we saw lots of seals! The shepherds hut was clean and well stocked, it had everything you need. It's set in the garden of a beautiful cottage, with lots of other cabins around which gives the place a community feel. It was very peaceful and quiet. We loved using the gas BBQ in the outdoor kitchen, and the beautiful pond on-site was always full of wildlife. We'd definitely stay again, and maybe get a treatment next time!

We had a wonderful time away for my partner’s birthday. Donna was incredibly welcoming, informative, and polite, which made us feel right at home. The whole setup with the hot tub, BBQ, sun loungers, and seating area was lovely. We highly recommend it!
