We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower, UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofas, PS there is NO KITCHEN only a mini fridge Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking, (in the summer with table and chairs) IMPORTANT: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep and uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for another person or couple on request. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Own front door access with parking adjacent. Food for a light self- catering breakfast. A well behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement.
