Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Subic Bay Freeport Zone

Mary Ann's place was convenient for us since we were just in the same village for a celebration and didn't want to drive back to Manila. It was decent, with spacious parking, a big bed, cool air conditioning, and cabinets for storage. There was a smart TV, although it didn't support Netflix. I'm a bit particular about bathrooms, and I was a little bothered that the shower drain was clogged, causing a minor flood. However, we managed to fix it ourselves. The photos didn't match the actual place; they might have renovated the room and rearranged things. However, it looked even better in real life. Overall, Mary Ann was a good host; she kept us updated and lived next door, so we could easily message her with any concerns.

Amazing place, one of the best places in subic to stay in. We were very happy during our stay and had zero complaints. Our family will be back soon!

Excellent unit for family vacation. We appreciate Mikaella for being so responsive to our needs. Also, she exceeded our expectation. We never expect things like from welcome snack to overflowing toiletries, tissues, garbage bags, dish liquid soaps and bath towels. The unit was also clean and new. Overall, we are satisfied with the service that Mikaella have provided. Kudos to you and uour staff and may God bless your hotel a thousand folds.

The unit is cozy and relaxing. The beach is nearby and many stores available. The place was worth it. The host is also responsive and generous during our stay. They even gave us food. Definitely will come back to this unit. ❤️

If you're planning a day tour and don't want to stay overnight in Las Casas, this is a good place to stay in. It's cheaper, less scarier, and just a few mins. away from Las Casas.

This was our second time staying in Anton's place. We had a great time, just like our first time here! The beach was clean, private, and very calm even when it was drizzling. Chris was very helpful and even showed us turtle eggs that were being relocated to the Morong sanctuary. Thank you, Anton and Chris!

Great place! We can’t bring our dog inside Anvaya so we had to look for other options. Luckily, this house is just 5 mins away from Anvaya. We had our driver stay here with our dog kaya mabilis lang siya makabalik ng Anvaya when we need him. wifi and air-conditioned room is a plus!

Overall great experience. Tons of restaurants nearby, including some great local spots and hidden gems. The only gripe was the empty ATMs in the area. Just a heads-up: bring some cash ahead of time. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s place. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group of 25 adults and 2 children. It’s a great option for big gatherings. That said, the location is quite remote, so guests should come prepared with all essentials, as the nearest convenience store is about 3 kilometers away. Arriving late at night isn’t ideal, as the subdivision is still under development and can be quite dark. Justin was a very accommodating host and even recommended local activities, including a yacht tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The caretaker was also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed a great pool/beach day at Club Morocco. The house was pretty much as expected. The host, Margi was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit strange, only about 20% of the development was built out. For a family looking for a good value, we had a great time. Thanks Noel and Margi.

Ms Lailani is very responsive to all my queries, communication with her was smooth. The room is located on the 4th floor of the building, which you can access through stairs. The building might look old, but once you go inside of the room, it’s like you passed through a portal in a whole new place. My fiancé and I really had a great stay. We enjoyed the karaoke and we also love how everything is provided (utensils, condiments, toiletries). There are even available items (for sale) for our convenience. This place is highly recommended.

Our family enjoyed our stay in your place. Location wise it is near Duty Free and several dining options. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Allowed the family to relax and swim in the morning. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

I had a great stay at Ms. Fe’s unit! Even though she’s in Italy, she was very kind and informative. Her assistant, Zhai, was so helpful and made me feel like a VIP. She guided me well on how to reach the unit, which made everything smooth. I needed a place to stay overnight for a personal trip to Dinalupihan, Bataan, and this unit was perfect—very accessible and comfortable. I’ll be returning every two weeks, and this spot suits my needs well. The place is clean, cozy, and styled in all white—I even called it “The White House.” It has complete amenities: a full kitchen, clean bathroom, strong Wi-Fi, Netflix, and two air-conditioned rooms with TVs. I loved the veranda and terrace, and appreciated the early check-in since I had an early checkout. This kind of flexibility is exactly what I look for when booking on Airbnb. I already booked again for June 28 and can’t wait to return. Next time I’ll bring food to cook because the kitchen has everything I need. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐
