I had a great stay at this. The location was excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I was looking for. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

My family had a great time during our stay. The room is located right in front of the pool area, which made it very convenient and relaxing. We also enjoyed the fresh air, as the place is near the mountains. Ms. Rose was very responsive and thoughtful she constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Onassis and his wife. They went above and beyond, assisting us with water, transportation, and even laundry – offering their washing machine. Another helpful woman, whose name we didn't catch, also assisted us. We easily obtained cooking supplies from their store and a nearby market. The house is stunning, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We were so grateful and felt right at home. As a group of friends on an adventure, this experience has raised the bar for future Airbnb stays. Highly recommended! We will definitely book this house again on our next visit.

Sharing some love for Rosey’s Place! From the seamless communication with the host to the easy check-in process, everything was a breeze. The property's spaciousness was perfect for our group of 11, and the kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep a delight. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. 26 Long Beach road is relatively quiet but an easy walk to the main bars and restaurants. Apartment was as described and everything worked, it was clean, secure and the area is safe. Very easy access to the beach. Hosts friendly and helpful. Scuba dive centres are close by and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again and recommend.

This place is truly a rare find. Owner and manager was so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast and hospitality were amazing. The view? Breathtaking. My partner and I booked this for our anniversary and Owner and manager made our anniversary vacation 100 times better! Owner is super friendly as well as his staff. They were kind enough to give us early check-in and breakfasts because we came a long way and it was our anniversary. They even offered to rent boats for fishing and bar hopping from neighbors, if we needed them. The room was really clean, comfy, spacious too. Dining and lounge areas facing the ocean, is something no one can get enough of. If I could rate this 100 stars, I sure would. Definitely would love to come back with friends and family. I personally rate this 100 stars out of 5. This is a booking I will never regret. Totally love this place and people.

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

The house was really nice. The multiple bedrooms with a bathroom each made our stay really comfortable. The place is perfect for big groups. The bed settings even the double decks are comfy. Ann was very responsive and was open as well to suggestions to further improve the place. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at Fei’s place. She was prompt to respond to our messages for a last minute stay. The housekeeper was friendly and helped us find the place on the phone. The place was gorgeous and well priced with amazing views especially at sunset. Would recommend this stay to everyone wish i could have stayed longer

Clean, cozy, and peaceful—just what my family and I needed for a quick getaway! We had a wonderful time, and the kids especially loved the kiddie room filled with toys. They also had a blast running around thanks to the spacious area. Huge thanks to Ms. Cheng for being such an accommodating host and for responding quickly to all my questions. Mabilis mahanap yung place since nag bigay po si Sir ng detailed instructions. Walking distance from the beach as in tapat lang po papasok lang doon sa gate nung resort pero di na need mag bayad. The place is good, what you see is what you get. Sana magkaroon ng maayos na lock yung CR, wala po masyadong problem sa Cr di lang po masara ng todo pero maganda naman yung place maaliwalas at malamig. I suggest to bring your own indoor slippers kasi malamig yung floor. Around 8-12 away lang from the Morong public market and Puregold pwedeng dumaan doon bago pupunta sa place para complete na lahat ng needs niyo. Sir Bong is very responsive and mabait din po yung caretaker. Overall, we enjoyed our stay although medyo huli na kami sa tag init at naabutan na ng tag ulan.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s place. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group of 25 adults and 2 children. It’s a great option for big gatherings. That said, the location is quite remote, so guests should come prepared with all essentials, as the nearest convenience store is about 3 kilometers away. Arriving late at night isn’t ideal, as the subdivision is still under development and can be quite dark. Justin was a very accommodating host and even recommended local activities, including a yacht tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The caretaker was also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was cozy and will return whenever we are in Zambales. It is not far from all the beaches and other activities. The host was very hospitable and very nice!

I always find La Grande one of the best stay in the city. Glad that I found Bill’s abnb here! We had a great stay & we really love the unit. It’s really convenient for me esp I am pregnant, going to rooftop is quick & easy for both swimming & dinning. I so love the Unit esp the bathroom as it was spacious, I can move around easily and gave me the comfort I needed. Also, I like how Bill is very responsive and answer all my inquiries quickly. One of the best host! We are thankful for the complimentary drinks & chocolates/candies. Very worth the stay!!✨

This is our second time staying at La Grande Residence, but our first time in Aaron’s unit — and we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the mall, the airport, and Clark. Aaron is a kind, helpful, and responsive host. We highly recommend staying at his place!
