Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et agencée. la literie est confortable. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la vue de la terasse est incroyable et le quartier très calme. la plage en bas à 2 min en voiture somptueuse. Giuliana a été super réactive et nous a accueilli au pied levé. au plaisir d un prochain sejour

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! Jolie découverte ! En effet cette région est magnifique à tout point de vue et Punta Molara est un havre de paix. Nicola est un hôte réactif, amical, efficace et prévenant. Nous le remercions chaleureusement ! La maison est identique aux photos, agréable à y séjourner et son extérieur est magique, la piscine à été fortement appréciée. La maison est idéale pour les familles ou couples d'amis, chacun pouvant bénéficier d'une entrée indépendante. Alors nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Ciao !

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Cala Paradiso. Uitzicht is geweldig. Omgeving erg rustig. Het terras en tuin is erg fijn. San Theodoro op 20 min. rijden met leuke bars en restaurants. Dikke aanrader.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pino, Silvana und Marco waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben vier wundervolle Nächte in diesem ganz besonderen Airbnb verbracht und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Elena und Bruno waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Das Häuschen selbst ist ein echtes Unikat: liebevoll gestaltet, mit Naturstein gebaut und voller Charme. Es strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus, die perfekt zur Umgebung passt. Das gesamte Gelände ist wie ein kleines Paradies – Pfauen, Hühner, Schildkröten, Hunde und Katzen leben hier in friedlichem Miteinander. Überall gibt es etwas zu entdecken, und dennoch ist es wunderbar ruhig und erholsam. Ein magischer Ort, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und bis bald !!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden Jungs, 10 Monate und 5 Jahre, in Antonios Haus. Es ist simpel ausgestattet und eher klein, dafür verfügt es über einen großen privaten Außenbereich und die Treppe in die Bucht ist natürlich absolut spitze.

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in Tamaras Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt eine entspannte, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hervorragend. Noch einmal vielen Dank für die hierdurch sehr gelungenen Urlaubstage.

Boven verwachting. Een mooi, ruim en compleet appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf ons terras op het zwembad en de zee was geweldig. Rustige omgeving. Eigen parkeerplaats. Elisabetta reageerde snel. Het contact was makkelijk en fijn. Het viel ons op dat er aan alles was gedacht. Alles wat je kon bedenken was aanwezig. We hebben het heel fijn gehad en komen graag een keer terug.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Een heerlijk verblijf wat huiselijk aan voelt. Alles is aanwezig om vakantie te kunnen vieren maar ook zelf maaltijden te bereiden. Van vorige gasten wat strandspullen, ook erg handig. Onze parasol achtergelaten :) Twee slaapkamers en op de tweede slaapkamer drie bedden was perfect voor ons. Het meest genoten van de buitenruimte, groot en gezellig!Een fijne tuin erbij die afgesloten kan worden tot het zwembad. Overal is over nagedacht en aanwezig. Op loopafstand van een leuke kleine supermarkt en met de auto 10 minuten naar het strand of het centrum van San Teodoro. Denk goed aan bescherming van muggen want die zijn er volop. Ook daar wordt aandacht aan besteed!Als laatste een heerlijk en goed bijgehouden zwembad wat voor onze dochters een paradijs was!Het is enigszins gehorig door de andere gasten van boven en naast maar niet storend. Hele fijne en lieve host met goede tips in de omgeving.

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Angela. Als Ausgangspunkt zu den vielen tollen Stränden ist Loiri super gelegen. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und Unternehmungen bekommen. Uns wurde sogar ein Tisch im Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria gebucht (war auf der Seite eigentlich ausgebucht). Das war ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Pool sah sehr einladend aus. Leider haben wir diesen aber nicht genutzt, da wir die meiste Zeit am Strand waren. Unser Highlight in der Unterkunft war das tolle und liebevolle Frühstück von Angela. Sie ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Sardaigne dans une maison absolument superbe nichée dans une jolie résidence fleurie. Complètement équipée et décorée avec originalité et goût par le papa de la propriétaire qui était un célèbre artiste de la région. Literie de qualité dans les 3 chambres Magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine depuis la terrasse. Un immense merci aux propriétaires, qui ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Accueillants, attentionnés et toujours prêts à partager leurs bonnes adresses ou à rendre service, ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.
