Holiday rentals with a patio in Stuttgart-Mitte

Jordana is very gracious, we were allowed to stay an hour longer because of the time change. There were five of us. The apartment was super clean, the only thing we were missing was a slightly larger table where we could have breakfast together. The location of the apartment is very close to the city, you can walk to the city center without any problems. Everything is fine, we will be happy to come back.

A beautiful, spacious apartment (basement). We were there as a family and the location is great, quiet and yet everything within walking distance. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has everything you need, good kitchen equipment, a good bathroom, another bathroom, comfortable beds and a nice living & dining room incl. Sofa bed. Everything is well maintained and great. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Also the Communication was absolutely top from the first contact to the departure. We'd love to come back and can Do not hesitate to recommend!

For the combination of business trip (conference in Tübingen) and private break with dog, Kerstin's place was wonderful! The apartment is very spacious, cozy and the three living/bedrooms each with terrace door directly into the garden and views of the unobstructed nature are magnificent. In addition to the quick access to Tübingen city center (by car 20 minutes), the location in the rural surroundings offers beautiful opportunities for walking. The bathroom is nice and large with a great spacious shower. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds in the bedroom of good quality so we slept very well there. We experienced Kerstin very hospitable and uncomplicated and had a very nice and relaxing stay there!

I really enjoyed staying in the small apartment. I was looking for peace and quiet and a break and found it there. It was super cozy and everything you needed was there. The family was always easy to reach and very friendly. The surroundings are very quiet, there are many shopping opportunities and you can also get to Esslingen, Göppingen or Stuttgart quickly by train. Everything is great and thank you very much.

The apartment was very nice and functional, well equipped and well prepared for the guests. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The stay was very pleasant and we will be happy to come back.

We were a group of six who made excursions from the accommodation. Since we cooked a lot, we were in the accommodation a lot. The equipment in the kitchen is a bit too little for six people. Otherwise everything was good and with Illir the communication and the process was smooth and very friendly. Thank you

The apartment has everything you need for a carefree and great stay. Sandra is very nice and answered all questions quickly. In particular, the nearby lake is recommended :)

Great experience, the house is old but tidy and clean, there are 4 rooms in total 8 beds, the living room is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine in the basement.It would have been even better if slippers were provided.

We had a nice women's weekend. It was very cozy, clean, tidy and well equipped. There were delicious strawberries as a welcome and the kitchen was also super equipped. We had a nice time there and would be happy to come back.

Great Host, great flat!

Very nice and spacious apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor of an apartment building with a small terrace and top equipped kitchen. Centrally located in the village and good starting point for hiking and biking tours. Communication with Marc was great!

Really cool place! Almost felt like a tree house which was a cool experience. Easy to access, great communication with the host, super peaceful location! Was a nice retreat.

Super nice and cozy place to stay! The rooms were all very spacious and the beds comfortable. The mattresses had a medium firmness. We all slept great. The blinds for maximum darkening in the rooms were great! The kitchen was large and had everything you need. A few larger bowls and new pans would be good, however - unfortunately, the coating was already broken. The seating area in the kitchen is only suitable for max. Suitable for 6 people. Luckily, there were only 5 of us. Large bathroom, everything clean! However, the bathtub had no plug. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep. But it was manageable to some extent. Overall, a very quiet location and surroundings! From the accommodation, you can reach various supermarkets, bakeries and other shopping facilities on foot. We were great stay ! Would book again anytime:)

We had the best time! Julia's house is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need and more. Her taste on decoration is exquisite and the house has a homey feeling to it - we never felt we in an "Airbnb" but rather we felt feom the beginning more like at home. There is everything to cook your meals in terms of lithchen accessories. The living room is super cozy, we spent Chtistmas time there and, despite it being Winter, we had sun almost everyday coming into the living room. There is also a toof deck were you can see the horizon and the sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and you cam easily walk to some nature or take public transport and go to Suttgart. There is a baker very close by. Five out of five stars!

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

The apartment was clean and the location is 3 min walk to the outlet. Residential area was very quiet. Private parking very important in the area. I would be happy to come back.

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

Our stay at Sabine’s apartment was great! We spent a month there, and Sabine was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our time. She always responded quickly to our questions and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We highly recommend Sabine as a host and it was pleasure to meet her!

Also this year we stayed at Martin's place again - we appreciate the uncomplicated check-in, the direct and easy communication and the logical and well furnished apartment - both kitchen, bathroom and living room with green garden in the background. In the direct surroundings there is a Rewe, Italian ice cream, good bakery(s) and Stuttgart is not far by bus / subway/S-Bahn. All in all, a perfect place to relax and experience the Swabian lifestyle in green and quiet surroundings, but at the same time not be cut off from the city without a car.
