Quiet at the end of a residential street, close to the center + S-Bahn. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

There is a bus connection that takes you to the nearby train station and thus also quickly to Stuttgart. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Stuttgart. There are many vineyards here that invite you to take a walk. Free Wi-Fi is available.
