Friend of Nature Homestay

If you're looking for a more authentic experience on Koh Rong - come here. Located in the northern fishing village, you'll feel apart of the community and it's so stunning being directly on the river. It's simple hut living and honestly one of the most unique experiences. I'd come back here again 100%

Seafront Sok Mean Bungalows Twin Beds N 01

Loved spending NYE here. They just finished the barbecue area in time for NYE and we got to have a lovely party with wonderful food and very pleasant company. Chea and his family are great, the vibe is awesome, the place is right on the village beach, very near the jetty where the ferry arrives. And it's an easy walk to the quieter and bigger beach, or up to the sunset viewing spot. Only minuses: the trash buildup around the island, and the mosquitos, especially in the bathroom (I got crazy bitten) meaning you have to douse yourself in repellant a few times a day if you're susceptible. Still, the value and the welcome and the peace and quiet were wonderful, and at this moment anyway, you are still able to find a secluded spot on the big beach away from other people where you can enjoy the incredible warm, calm water, while also having a good few dinner and bar options for later if you want to socialise. Ideal.

I had the privilege of being their first Airbnb guest and fully loved it! While the New Year's Eve with plenty of local people on the bay was quite an experience, the rest of our stay was super peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Hosts were very helpful with directions and recommendations on the island, we spent one whole day in a jungle wandering around. The bay of The Last Point is quite big and fully private, you feel like at a literate last point of the earth there. During the nights I recommend taking a walk to the other side to enjoy shining plankton! Side note: The place is very simple, without running water and with electricity working only a few hours per day. There is no shop on the island but most of the bars can provide you with basic stuff like mosquito repellant. Also no ATM so take some cash ;)

Beautiful, magical location. Chea was an incredibly hospitable host, always there to share a recommendation, story or have a chat. Easily the best accomodation on the island. Beautiful, spacious bungalows with a priceless view. Helped organise activities for us too. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and will be recommending to anyone I meet who is visiting Cambodia.

Cheer Chill 6

Don't come here if you expect a perfect resort-like place. The buildings and rooms have some wear and tear. But the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. Do come here if you like a charming and authentic place. The view is lovely, the sea super nearby, and you will experience the life of a small fishermen's village. You can get daily fresh fish and other fruits from the sea. The area is just stunning and many nice things to do nearby. Best is to rent a motorbike to get around. It's a lovely place off the beaten track. Tuan is a great host. No filters, super friendly, and he will always try to help you. You will enjoy a lovely view of the bay, and the sounds of nature. The lights of the boats in the evening time and some karaoke here and there. The beach is usually quiet exept for a couple of people. There are a couple of very nice cafes with a lovely atmosphere for a drink or a bite to eat. We really liked this place and stayed longer than planned. It felt so peaceful at home

Seafront Sok Mean Bungalows Twin Beds N 02

Place is rather good, I liked. But one should be careful about: 1. There are many mosquitoes everywhere. In bungalows as well. 2. Because of the weather boats could be cancelled, so be sure that you don’t have connection flights or so, at the same day with your departure from the island.

Absolutely Breathtaking Stay! I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! The view of the sea is nothing short of spectacular—it's honestly the best I've ever experienced. The beach is literally just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient for morning strolls or sunset dips. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the host. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views, easy beach access, amazing food, and an exceptional host, this Airbnb is the place to be! I will be returning very soon!
