Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Strovolos

It was a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for work. A quiet, local neighbourhood, close to parks and the supermarket. The house is homely and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again if I return to Nicosia.

Loved staying here for a quiet getaway with my husband and dog. Such lovely hosts, beautiful and comfy place and just an overall enjoyable stay. Will definitely want to go back again!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a guided tour of the property. There was ample parking close to the entrance, which helped with unloading. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was seating outside where we could eat. It was quiet and we slept well in a comfortable bed. The wildflowers in the garden attracted lots of butterflies and a variety of birds visited the surrounding trees that were in blossom.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicosia, and Ülkü was a wonderful host. We were able to drop our bags off at their restaurant around the corner, and Ülkü and her team were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The view of the mosque from the apartment is stunning. The apartment is only a short walk from the shopping streets, Buyuk Han, and the checkpoint. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

La maison de Dimitris est très agréable : on sent qu'on est dans la maison d'un particulier et non dans un logement servant uniquement aux locations saisonnière : le logement a une âme, il est agréablement décoré, accueillant... C'est très appréciable. Au 1er étage, la cuisine, le grand séjour et le petit balcon sont adorables. Au 2e étage, les chambres sont spacieuses, fonctionnelles et confortables, l'une dotés d'une petite terrasse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu. Les échanges avec Dimitris, au moment de la réservation et après, ont été très fluides et amicaux. Dimitris n'était pas là quand nous sommes arrivés. C'est une amie à lui, Chrisso, qui nous a formidablement accueillis : très à l'écoute, réactive, elle nous a aussi donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Une vraie belle adresse à Nicosie !

Konum olarak gayet sessiz sakin güzel bir bölge. Ev tamamen fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi müthiş ve tertemizdi. Tekrardan gelebileceğim güzel bir yer:)

Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi evlerden biriydi. Konumu, sessizliği, mimarisi ve evin sunduğu olanaklar gerçekten harikaydı. Ev sahibine neredeyse 7/24 ulaşabiliyorsunuz, bu da büyük bir avantaj. Sadece bir banyoda sıcak su problemi ve WC’deki musluk arızası dışında her şey çok iyiydi. Genel olarak bu eve puanım 9

Die Gegend ist nicht aufregend. Mit dem Auto kann man etwas unternehmen aber es dauert ein bisschen. Die Wohnung ist schön, für meinen Geschmack gibt es hört aber zu viel unnötigen Schnickschnack, der in der Wohnung herum steht. Es gibt gefühlt 5 Aschenbecher (obwohl man nicht in der Wohnung rauchen darf), Obst aus Plastik, in jedem Zimmer kleine Mülleimer, viel Wandbehang. Nicht mein Stil und sehr überfüllt! Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da er nicht attraktiv im Hinterhof eingesperrt ist. Die Adresse von der Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit der im Inserat überein. ABER die Gastgeberin ist toll, sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung insgesamt auch toll. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt Denkt an Mückenspray!

Ev sahibi Ceyhun beyin bizleri önceden arayarak giriş bilgilerimizi alması ve eve girişte kapıda güler yüzle karşılaması çok nazik bir davranıştı. çocuklarımıza küçük hediyeler alması onları mutlu etmek için gösterdiği çaba takdire şayan bir hareketti. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik istediğiniz her şey evde mevcut yoksa bile Ceyhun bey istediğiniz şeyleri bulmak için çaba sarf ediyor. Biz eve girdiğimizde her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldi. odalar çok düzenli ve temizdi. Çocuklar için havuz keyfi bambaşkaydı. Akşam mangal ve gün batımı harika. Bu ev tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak seviyede Kıbrısa bir daha ki gelişimizde tekrar bu evde kalmak harika olur. herkese tavsiye ederim. evin konumu çok iyiydi, otoparkının olması havuzun olması çok güzel olanaklardı. ev gayet geniş ve havadardı. tüm odalarda klima mevcuttu banyo dahil🫶🏻 kendi evimde hissettiğim güzel bir tatil geçirdim. yine kıbrısa gelsem yine ersin beyin evini tercih ederim🫶🏻

BİR gün bu ikiz villa da konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık! 🌅 Teras manzarası gerçekten muhteşem! Yüksekten deniz manzarasını izlemek harikaydı. Özellikle sabahları balkonda kahve içmek çok keyifliydi. 🛏️ çarşaflar tertemizdi, her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. 🧼 Havlular, sabun ve ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. 🌬️ Klima çalışıyordu — sıcak iklimde bu çok önemliydi. 🍳 Sabahları bizi lezzetli ve doyurucu bir kahvaltı bekliyordu, bu da gerçekten çok hoş bir ayrıntıydı. 🎬 Akşamları ev sineması ile film izlemek çok keyifliydi — ses sistemi harikaydı. 🪞 İç dekorasyon özenle düşünülmüş — küçük ve ilginç detaylar (örneğin, küçük iskelet figürü) ve ikonlar eve sıcaklık ve karakter katıyordu. 👤 Ev sahibi ise çok nazik, yardımsever ve ilgili biriydi. Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

It was our third time we stayed at Charalambos’s place. Charalambos made some improvements/renovation since last time we stayed there. So it was really pleasure to spend several nights at the peaceful lovely place. Looking forward to back again!

Great urban/semi rural location in Latsia. 10 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus ride to Nicosia. The apartment is very clean and welcoming, has loads of space and everything was as described. Our 2nd time staying here, we hope to return. Thank you Alex.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Anastasia was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig an einer großen Straße, nicht weit vom Makarios-Stadion. Es gibt sehr viel und lauten Verkehr. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir haben die Fenster nachts zugelassen. Dann ist es auch für leichte Schläfer wie mich kein Problem. Ein Riesenvorteil der Lage an der großen Straße sind die beiden Supermärkte in direkter Nähe und das Kiosk im Haus..Das fanden wir total praktisch. Mir persönlich haben die Einzelbetten sehr gut gefallen! Die waren richtig fest und angenehm zum darauf liegen. Die Wohnung hat sehr bequeme Sofas! Super an der Wohnung sind die zwei Badezimmer und dass wirklich fast alles darin zu finden ist, was man brauchen könnte. Sogar ein paar Kerzen gab es und genug Toilettenpapier. Shampoo habe ich nicht gefunden. Tipps: Der Eingang ist ist links vom Haus und man muss auf die zweite Etage. Das warme Wasser für die gesamte Wohnung wird rechts vom Bad angeschaltet. 10min warten. Dann aufdrehen und sehr lange laufen lassen, bis es warm wird.

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

Όλα ήταν όπως στην περιγραφή , το σπίτι είχε όλες τις παροχές , η επικοινωνία άψογη , ευχαριστούμε πολύ , θα επιστρέψουμε !!!

The flat was great, equipped with anything you might need, even with a hairdryer nozzle (much appreciated). Maybe a full mirror was missing, but not a big deal. Regarding the hosts, all of them were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you if you need anything. I couldn't recommend the place more.
