It was a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for work. A quiet, local neighbourhood, close to parks and the supermarket. The house is homely and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again if I return to Nicosia.

Loved staying here for a quiet getaway with my husband and dog. Such lovely hosts, beautiful and comfy place and just an overall enjoyable stay. Will definitely want to go back again!

Great accommodation !!!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a guided tour of the property. There was ample parking close to the entrance, which helped with unloading. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was seating outside where we could eat. It was quiet and we slept well in a comfortable bed. The wildflowers in the garden attracted lots of butterflies and a variety of birds visited the surrounding trees that were in blossom.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicosia, and Ülkü was a wonderful host. We were able to drop our bags off at their restaurant around the corner, and Ülkü and her team were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The view of the mosque from the apartment is stunning. The apartment is only a short walk from the shopping streets, Buyuk Han, and the checkpoint. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

We had an amazing time staying at Dimitris'.The house is perfectly located in the old town of Nicosia and was a cozy homebase for our trip. Communication with our host went smoothly and we got plenty of recommendations for bars, coffee shops, exhibitions and museums.

It is a very quiet and beautiful area in terms of location. The house was absolutely amazing and clean, just as it appears in the photos. A nice place I can come back to:)

It was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. The location, quietness, architecture, and amenities of the house were really great. You can reach the host almost 24/7, which is a big advantage. Everything was very good except for the hot water problem in just one bathroom and the faucet malfunction in the WC. Overall, my rating for this home is 9

It was very kind of the host Mr. Ceyhun to call us in advance and get our check-in information and to greet us with a smile at the door. It was an admirable move to buy small gifts for our children and to make an effort to make them happy. We had a very nice holiday. Everything you want is available at home, and even if it's not, Mr. Ceyhun makes an effort to find what you want. When we entered the house, everything was sparkling clean. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The pool enjoyment for the children was completely different. Barbecue and sunset in the evening are wonderful. This house is at a level to meet all your needs in Cyprus. It would be great to stay in this house again on our next visit. I recommend it to everyone. We would like to thank Mr. Ceyhun very much for offering a perfect holiday with all its beauties. Thank you very much, Mr. Ceyhun, for your efforts. Everything was very nice.

The house far exceeded our expectations. We had a very pleasant holiday. It was very good to enter a clean and spacious house, after a difficult and long journey. We had the full comfort of home during our vacation. The fact that the house is 15 minutes walk from the center of Kyrenia and right next to the market made it very comfortable. We would also like to thank the hospitable Mr. Ersin for answering any questions we have right away.

We stayed in this twin villa for a day and we were very pleased! The 🌅 terrace view is truly magnificent! It was wonderful to watch the sea view from above. It was very enjoyable to drink coffee on the balcony, especially in the morning. 🛏️ the sheets were clean, everything was prepared in advance. 🧼 Towels, soap and everything needed was available. The 🌬️ air conditioning was working — this was very important in the hot climate. A delicious and satisfying breakfast was waiting for us in the🍳 morning, which was a really nice detail. It was very enjoyable to watch movies🎬 in the evening with home cinema - the sound system was great. 🪞 The interior decoration was carefully thought out — small and interesting details (for example, a small skeleton figure) and icons added warmth and character to the house. 👤 The host was very kind, helpful and caring. He helped with the welcome, answered our questions immediately and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend it to those who seek🌟 silence, peace and a beautiful atmosphere!

It was our third time we stayed at Charalambos’s place. Charalambos made some improvements/renovation since last time we stayed there. So it was really pleasure to spend several nights at the peaceful lovely place. Looking forward to back again!

Great urban/semi rural location in Latsia. 10 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus ride to Nicosia. The apartment is very clean and welcoming, has loads of space and everything was as described. Our 2nd time staying here, we hope to return. Thank you Alex.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Anastasia was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Great place to stay and perfect for my trip to Nicosia. Frank was flexible, responsive and always helpful.

The apartment is very conveniently located on a large street, not far from Makarios Stadium. There is a lot of and noisy traffic. This didn't bother us, we allowed the windows at night. Then it's also not a problem for light sleepers like me. A huge advantage of the location on the large street are the two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity and the kiosk in the house.We found that totally convenient. Personally, I really liked the single beds! They were really firm and pleasant to lie on. The apartment has very comfortable sofas! Great about the apartment are the two bathrooms and that really almost everything you could need can be found in it. There were even a few candles and enough toilet paper. I didn't find shampoo. Tips: The entrance is to the left of the house and you have to go to the second floor. The hot water for the entire apartment is turned on to the right of the bathroom. Wait 10 minutes. Then turn up and run for a very long time until it gets warm.

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

As always an amazing little apartment that offers everything i need for my short staying in Nicosia.

The flat was great, equipped with anything you might need, even with a hairdryer nozzle (much appreciated). Maybe a full mirror was missing, but not a big deal. Regarding the hosts, all of them were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you if you need anything. I couldn't recommend the place more.
