Great villa and spectacular views, we had a fantastic holiday

It’s such beautiful and lovely place . We had some issues but the house manager was so quick to Deal With it. The air bnb representatives messed around with our booking. And now has caused me and the Villa owners problems I’m appealing their mess around. So I can settle everything However The stay viewed and everything else is so so so great. Amy was so great to us and also Maria she came and helped the situation. Thank you so much and most definitely we will Be back again and again as I have fallen in love with northern Cyprus. And this place is going to be regular spot. Thank you so so so much for taking care of us

I recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful villa, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is in a very quiet and nice area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It felt peaceful and private, which made it easy to unwind. The villa is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool—well-maintained and a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The host Charlie was very welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place.

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 12 days, the house is nice, the pool is clean

Andrew along with him team were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The villa was beautiful with lots of land and an amazing view. The villa was also fully equipped with everything you could need. Very excited about a return next year as it is a perfect location between being in the city of Nicosia yet having your own retreat and a pool. Very close to supermarket and restaurants.

We had a great experience with this house. It is in the center of Bellapais, which is one of the best touristic locations in Cyprus. We were surrounded by beautiful and historic restaurants/stores. The house itself was very well equipped and pretty clean. I usually buy some cleaning equipments and clean the houses that I stay during vacations, but we did not feel any need like that in this house, everything was super clean and neat. Thanks to the nice pool in the garden and the AC in the house, we did not even feel the need of leaving the house. Internet connection worked pretty well. Cengiz was a very helpful host. He answered all of our questions very quickly. He provided even more information than required to help us in any time and in case of urgencies. He also had a great taste, the house was decorated with beautiful furnitures and nice touches. We again would like to thank for this great experience!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa She Ruz in Bellapais. Having stayed in Northern Cyprus many many times and experienced a number of villas, this location was absolutely perfect. With so much development and construction happening across North Cyprus, to find this villa with the peace and tranquillity it provides was perfect. The villa far exceeds the pictures, the pool is in the sun all day and the views are amazing. Oya was a great host arranging transfers and hire car. She responded quickly to all questions and we felt in safe hands. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Hello, I had to stay for a long time since I first came to Cyprus and came for work, I saw this house, I liked it, it was clean and tidy as in the photos, the living area was very comfortable and spacious, walking distance to everywhere on the street, I felt like my own home from the first day. Thank you so much for your interest in the host and helper.

Nice big bedrooms, good location - walkable to where we wanted to go. The Italian restaurant next door was great. Do bring earplugs!

everything was perfect!!

What a beautiful place to stay!! We’ve lived in TRNC so know the island well. The villa is tucked away and the beautiful large garden makes it feel like there is nobody for miles although there are neighbours and it is about 5 minutes from the local villages and the main supermarket. We felt at home immediately. The villa is well equipped and decorated in a traditional style in keeping with the design. It feels like a home which makes you feel that you are comfortable to use things and instantly relaxed. We went 2 families together and because of the space and various areas to use, we had adequate space to spread out and grab 5 minutes to ourselves if needed but also plenty of room to dine and sit together. It was extremely hot when we were there so the fans on the downstairs terrace were a godsend and the bedrooms stay lovely and cool throughout the day after running the a/c overnight thanks to the thick stone walls and shutters. Sharon and Kristina are both great too!!

Great apartment and great host - would highly recommend. This is the perfectly located spot for exploring the beautiful streets of old Nicosia. The apartment itself is incredibly well equipped, clean and modern. Lefteris even left us sweet breads, coffee and milk which was so nice!

We had a lovely week. The villa was spacious and comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool was very clean, and the gardens were lovely. The views were great in all directions. It was a good find!!
