House holiday rentals in Strovolos

Öncelikle ev sahibi Yunus Emre’nin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Her ihtiyacımız olduğunda kolaylıkla ulaşabildik ve çok yardımcı oldu. Evi bulma ve giriş sürecinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev, görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi; huzurlu, tatlı ve konforluydu. Denize, beach’lere ve Yiğitler Market’e olan yakınlığı da konum açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Hem evin rahatlığı hem de konumu bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bize evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren ev sahibi Yunus Emre’ye tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

Stunning villa in a great area - 10 minutes walk to the beach and right by the old town. Super helpful and kind host - we couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough! Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

Özellikle sabahları balkonda kahve içmek çok keyifliydi. 🛏️ çarşaflar tertemizdi, her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. 🧼 Havlular, sabun ve ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. 🌬️ Klima çalışıyordu — sıcak iklimde bu çok önemliydi. 🍳 Sabahları bizi lezzetli ve doyurucu bir kahvaltı bekliyordu, bu da gerçekten çok hoş bir ayrıntıydı. 🎬 Akşamları ev sineması ile film izlemek çok keyifliydi — ses sistemi harikaydı. 🪞 İç dekorasyon özenle düşünülmüş — küçük ve ilginç detaylar (örneğin, küçük iskelet figürü) ve ikonlar eve sıcaklık ve karakter katıyordu. 👤 Ev sahibi ise çok nazik, yardımsever ve ilgili biriydi. Karşılama konusunda yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hemen cevap verdi ve konaklamamızı çok rahat hale getirdi. 🌟 Sessizlik, huzur ve güzel bir atmosfer arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!

Seascape Villa is a fantastic place to stay! The pool is just beautiful (although a little bit fresh by the end of October!) and the view of the Kyrenia mountains is mesmerising. The villa is really comfortable and well equipped and the owners live locally & are available to help if needed.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Merhaba, Kıbrıs'a ilk gelişim ve iş için geldiğimden uzun bi süre kalmam gerekiyordu uygulama bu evi gördüm hoşuma gitti fotoğraflardaki gibi temiz ve düzenliydi yaşam alanı gayet konforlu ve geniş, cadde üzeri heryere yürüme mesafesinde 24 gün konakları ilk günden itibaren kendi evim gibi hissettim. Ev sahibi ve yardımcısına ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim .

I recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful villa, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is in a very quiet and nice area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It felt peaceful and private, which made it easy to unwind. The villa is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool—well-maintained and a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The host Charlie was very welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Nice big bedrooms, good location - walkable to where we wanted to go. The Italian restaurant next door was great. Do bring earplugs!

Ali’s house is a beautiful traditional Turkish Cypriot home. Everything was clean and homely, and from a bygone era , really special . There is a beautiful lemon tree with shade in the garden - very restful and a front garden to sit and have breakfast in the morning sun. The house is 10-15 walk from the old town and it’s nice to be some where near the old town but quieter . Ali is kind and helpful and brought us a delicious home made Turkish Cypriot food on our last day , I would definitely stay here again , it’s not a modern house but a homely restful house , thank you Ali

Andrew along with him team were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The villa was beautiful with lots of land and an amazing view. The villa was also fully equipped with everything you could need. Very excited about a return next year as it is a perfect location between being in the city of Nicosia yet having your own retreat and a pool. Very close to supermarket and restaurants.

Μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία από το χώρο και από τη Μαρία. Ήταν εκεί να με υποδεχθεί και να με κατατοπίσει αναφορικά με το σπίτι και τις ευκολίες του. Σίγουρα συστήνω και το σπίτι αλλά και τον ιδιοκτήτη σε όποιον θέλει να έχει μια ποιοτική και ασφαλή διαμονή στην πόλη. Θα επιδιώξω να ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω το σπίτι σε επόμενο ταξίδι μου.

Απλά πολύ καλό

Christina’s apartment has literally EVERYTHING you can think of and more. She gives importance on little details like tampons for ladies, cleaning tissues, baby equipment, washing machine, iron, even hair straightener .. This was the best equipped apartment I have ever been in. Christina is extremely friendly and responsive. The location suited us perfectly. Nicosia is 10 min (by car) away, taxi costs around 15 euros. In walkable distance is Lidl and next to the grocery store Lidl is a bus station if you want to go to Nicosia by bus (one ride is 2,40 euros). I highly recommend this apartment (it’s basically a little house). You won’t regret it.

Rien à dire, sauf de ne pas oublier d’allumer le ballon d’eau chaude avant la douche. Tout était parfait, et je recommande vivement pour une expérience authentique au cœur de la vieille ville
