Apartment holiday rentals in Stratford

Finding the apartment and check in was easy and as instructed. The apartment was clean, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Fawad had the wifi scan code on the fridge only had to contact to get the password because I needed wifi for the laptop. He was very responsive. All in all great stay.

Our trip had to be cancelled midway through due to an emergency situation at the restaurant beneath the unit, and Dominique was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive to us throughout it all. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and in such a perfect little spot-- lots to do and see within a few minutes walk. Thank you so much Dominique, for everything ❤️

Neil and Carolyn are excellent hosts. The Cozy Loft is even better than the description. It is beautifully furnished with attention to all the details that make it a 5 star. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance to theaters, restaurants, and shopping. The Cozy Loft is our go to accommodation for all our visits to Stratford.

Nice, clean, newly renovated. Great location. Walk to many restaurants. The public parking lot is a one minute walk away. We didn't have to pay for parking on the weekend.

Lois was an amazing host. We booked her space for our wedding night and it was an amazing space. It was so clean and was decorated so beautifully. The beds were so comfortable and she had so many extra amenities. She is an extremely responsive host. We are local to Elora but we would definitely stay in Lois’ space again. Thank you Lois for making our wedding day extra special.

Our stay was so relaxing. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was beautiful and cozy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to stay in that area!

Cassandra and Brett’s charming heritage apartment was a super sweet delight! The location was a great spot to walk from, the decor was lovely, and we especially appreciated the kitchen and the laundry amenities. This was a great spot! I drove up from NS and got in very late and the host was super accommodating and I was able to find the place and get in with clear instructions after midnight in the dark! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. My daughter and new grandson came for a sleepover and after letting the host know and offering to pay for an extra person, she was super sweet and told me to enjoy my visit with my new grandson, no extra charge! It’s a very central location in Kitchener if you know the area and is a quick drive to the highway.

Joe was a great host. Super responsive and accommodating as we ended up bringing our son and he found us an extra mattress that he could use. Definitely above and beyond for that! The space was quiet. Modern amenities. It is a small and cozy space.

The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is off-street parking and a beautiful enclosed patio with a gas barbecue grill. Nice area to have a cook out or read and relax. Just be sure to pull your car up as far up as possible in order not to block the sidewalk. The cops may give you a ticket if you block the sidewalk. There are some nice and run down areas within the vicinity. We personally don't like going to downtown venues because of the lack of parking. The East Side Tavern has live bands on Fridays & Saturdays. We heard 80's Gone wild. Their voices were not great. it's hard to believe the house was once a garage because it is modern and well layed out. Brady & Cindy are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend their place. It is a good value for the money.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as expected. It was clean and comfortable. Jillian the host was responsive and helpful.

I enjoy staying here when I'm in town, it has a nice layout and kitchen and theres a great grocery store nearby. The front porch overlooks a very peaceful graveyard and its a nice place to relax. Theres always parking on the street and the bike trails are a hundred meters away. Its a great central location.

My mother and I loved staying at this little gem. It covered all our needs, was very clean and decorated beautifully. My mother loved all the art. It didn’t feel like a basement suite with the large windows at the front. Check in was super easy and Alexa is quick to reply with any questions. The location was perfect and central to both Kitchener and Waterloo. Lovely area to take morning walks. The washer and dryer were great to have when my mother spilled her entire coffee on her white pants and we both found the beds very comfortable. Thank you Alexa for the lovely stay. We will be back.

The apartment was great - we were nervous about the underground parking as we have a large SUV, but there were no issues. Plenty of room in the apartment, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, beds were comfortable and the view were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

This Airbnb is located in the heart of Kitchener-Waterloo, and is only a 10 to 15 minutes drive to all parts of the city. My wife and I enjoyed our first stay here so much that we reserved this stay (9 nights this time), and have been delighted with this stay as well. Kudos to Suki and Rajbeer for being so easy to deal with.

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

Good place

This was a great spot to stay at to be central to both downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo, with easy access to the LRT. Check in was easy and the space was a solid base camp to live out for a few days while being at an office in KW.

Outstanding apartment. We needed a place to stay while our house was under renovation, and we found Ryan's place to be perfect for our needs. With a great taste for decoration, the apartment has lots of style, with everything you'll need to stay very comfortable! I highly recommend it!
