Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that also makes it great to work from here. Close to nature with lawn for summer activities. About 150m to the jetty by boat (3,5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Lovely run of 4.5 km around Björsund, see the guidebook. Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Guest apartment next to the lake Mälaren

The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included.
