The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski-in/ski-out) and nice groomed cross country ski tracks and light rail are just nearby. The area otherwise has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice hikes in both summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy fishing license).

Located in the healthy alpine with great hiking possibilities both summer and winter. Many popular tourist destinations nearby, including Geiranger, Ålesund, Stryn and Loen. The cabin will be renovated (changed kitchen, bathroom decor, etc.) before summer 2024.
