Walking distance to the town centre, restaurants and shopping. Good fishing opportunities from the pier just below the house. Trips with small children (stroller), are in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

The house is about 15 min drive from Stavanger or Preikestolen. There are also several nice mountain hikes in the nearby area. There is a nice outdoor area behind the house where there are grazing sheep, goats and hens that lay fresh eggs. It is also nice to enjoy sunsets, barbecue or play for the children. Large parking space, quiet neighborhood and no transparency.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Gamlahuset by the sea - close to Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.
