Noor’s place was a great home base for hiking. It’s a short drive to Pulpit Rock and other outdoor activities. The apartment is freshly remodeled with a great view of the harbor and it’s walkable to restaurants and grocery stores in Jørpeland.

I have stayed in many places around the world and have never been much of an Airbnb person unless I have a large team to accommodate. This experience was beyond expectations! Sometimes we are far from home for many months, and this was the cure for homesickness. Traveling to Stavanger may seem far, but let me tell you, it is not. It’s just two buses that run almost non-stop, which beats expensive tolls and parking. The family here was lovely and sweet, and they were available just enough when we needed them, but never nosy or in our way. We felt like we were in a little paradise. Mollen Park is amazing, with lots of ducks and a little market grocery store just a beautiful 7-minute walk away. I truly stopped to smell the roses non-stop! I love you, Karianne and Siv! You guys were super amazing hosts! It was sad to leave— a gem in a little dream village! Book it, you wont regret it!

Communication was very good and fast. The house is beautiful. The amenities are just a dream if you want to cook yourself.

We spent 4 nights at Astri's and we can only highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The apartment is very clean, very cozy, modern furnishings. Everything is available in the kitchen, incl. Dishwasher and taps. The washing machine is perfectly located in the very large bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating. The bed is nice and big and cuddly, a little too soft for us. The location is just perfect, 25 minutes by car to Stavanger, 25 minutes to the PP to Preikestolen. If so, then definitely back at Astri's. Thanks🌸

We had a fantastic stay at Sigval! The flat was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, quiet and at the same time close to everything we wanted to see and do. Sigval was an incredibly nice and helpful host – always available if we had questions, and gave us good tips for the local area. Thank you very much for your hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were busy working during the 15 days we were staying and the dining table was very helpful in supporting our laptops. The location is perfect for taking the bus and moving anywhere we occupied to go. It is an apartment with a lot of ventilation and lighting. We were very happy with the care Randi gave us. We would stay again in the same apartment. Thank you very much

Nice host. Nice apartment that met our needs. Tidy and clean. Nice areas nearby, trails and walking/bicycle paths. Located a little outside Stavanger, but easy to get there, for example, by train or bicycle. We had a car. I recommend the apartment if you do not need to be in the middle of the city.

A cute, budget-friendly, Norwegian-style little loft apartment. Has everything you need. Perfect location in clean, quite old town, a step away from adorable streets. Nice view. The beds are small, was fine for us, but worth a thought for some. We had a very pleasant stay in Stavanger.

Had fantastic stay a great apartment in perfect location walkable to everything including central bus/train station and harbour for tours. Balcony was great especially as we had good luck with huge fireworks display right outside ! Would definitely stay again if heading to Stavanger

The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, with spectacular views all around! The location is perfect--it's a short walk to the city center and perfect for exploring the traditional Norwegian neighborhoods. Supermarkets are less than a 5-minute walk away with restaurants nearby. What made our stay even more exceptional was James' attention to detail in anticipating everything tenants might need--from kitchen utensils and appliances (including a Nespresso machine) to comfortable furnishings and towels and linens and even deck chairs! James also provided lots of sightseeing tips, also mentioning the Sunday garage sales in the neighborhood and the Constitution Day events on May 17. Although we never had a reason to contact James, he did get in touch with us to see if everything was going ok or if we needed anything. Overall, our stay was beyond our expectations!
