Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Close to Preikestolen, Ferry to Kjerag, Stavanger. Only 5 minutes walk to the fjord. Only 15 minutes by car to the startingpoint for Preikestolen. Lots of nice hikes in the area. Fantastic veiw, quiet area. Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, familier (med barn) og store grupper.
