We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Angelina was very easy to reach and always helped immediately if we had any questions. It couldn't have been better overall!

There were 7 of us with a 2-year-old and we had a very nice weekend. The whole property is fantastically beautiful and the hosts extremely accommodating and friendly. Countless activities attract, the apartment is lovingly decorated and super clean. Everything was great. We would definitely come back. 👍🏽 Thanks again for everything!

A great place to feel good even for a longer time. Super nice and practically furnished! The location is perfect in Deggendorf. You are immediately at the market square and the cinema is right next door! Just a 10-minute walk to TH Deggendorf! Communication with Eva and Helmut was great!

Gaby’s place is fantastic! Lot’s of room and perfectly fitted with everything you could possibly need. Gaby was always available to help or answer any questions. Will definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

From the first contact to the stay itself, we noticed an excellent level of communication that assured us we were in the right place. The welcome was very warm and personal, with the entire space being thoroughly introduced to us upon arrival, which added to the feeling of well-being even more. The place itself is above standard – every detail was thoughtful and everything was equipped with the utmost care. Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. Small accommodation in a very good location and with parking. Slightly limited storage space, luggage storage, toiletries, and clothes. But you can handle it.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! A little paradise. :) We felt right at home. Richard is a great host, always friendly and helpful. The apartment is an absolute dream and the sauna rounds it all off. There are beautiful hiking trails in the area and also great restaurants that are within walking distance. Here you can definitely relax and unwind.

I had a lovely stay at Thomas's place. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the Innkai and is located in the middle of the old town. The equipment is also good and has left nothing to be desired. The Theater Bar is almost diagonally below the apartment. Therefore, it is a bit noisy in the evening. But I got along well with it, even though I am sensitive to noise. I can only recommend Thomas' Airbnb.

Very friendly hostess for an excellent place to stay in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. From a great kitchen, to a nice large bathroom, very good beds, plenty of space in all rooms and a beautiful large balcony, this super clean apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation and felt very comfortable. It's a sunny, cozy and friendly apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The landlord was very nice and helpful, because he brought me another blanket as I was a little frozen. Also asked if everything is ok and I need something. Very accommodating! I highly recommend the place. Will definitely be back.
