The Little House: a 2 bedroom farmhouse situated just off the main road. Close to the action but far enough away to get some peace. Enjoy scenic views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the front porch while sipping tea or coffee (actual view from porch). This location is great for families and those that want to get away. This house comes with a unique history. The home was originally built in Sparks in the year 1900 and was later moved to Virginia City. Enjoy rustic with some modern amenities.

This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate little home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt.
