In the living room/kitchen there is heating/air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses. In the secluded garden there is a small "summer" guest cottage with 2 staggered bunks. Outdoor shower, gas grill, Mexican oven. Terrace on all sides of the house.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Beech Stream. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a trampoline and fire pit. There is a carport on the driveway. The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.
