I recently stayed at this lovely apartment near Stone Town, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect—close enough to explore the historic Stone Town but situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. It had everything I needed for a enjoyable trip. The host was absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zanzibar. The combination of a great location, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and an exceptional host made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

A Perfect Home Away from Home – Highly Recommended! From the moment I arrived in Zanzibar, the host’s warmth and hospitality made everything seamless. I reached out ahead of check-in time to ask if I could drop off my bags early before heading to Nungwi—and she was so kind and accommodating. That flexibility alone set the tone for an amazing stay. The apartment was everything I hoped for and more. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with cozy, thoughtful touches. The green décor gave the space a fresh, serene atmosphere that instantly made it feel like home. One detail I really appreciated was the baby crib in the master bedroom—a considerate feature for families traveling with little ones. As a book lover, I was thrilled to find a small collection of books, perfectly curated and inviting. That felt incredibly special to me. We genuinely didn’t want to leave! The space was warm, welcoming, and so well thought out.

Moza was great communicated well and provided a great place to stay. The location has a lot of stuff within walking distance so it was very convenient and safe.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning ocean views, and the warm hospitality of the host. The private pool was a dream, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the complimentary breakfast on the spacious terrace each morning. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the meals prepared with local ingredients Highly recommended—we can't wait to return!

The stay with Kurtis was incredible. The place was absolutely beautiful (a real paradise). We truly felt at home. Kurtis was extremely responsive to everything we needed. We stayed for a month and worked remotely from the home with no problems at all. A great getaway for the digital nomad or someone wanting to disconnect from it all. 6 stars if I could give that. We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

Khalid was an excellent host. He was always responsive and answered all of our questions in advance. He are arranged an in house chef for our group at a reasonable rate. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful setting. The hospitality was good. Rooms were up to standard. The chef was sociable and ready to offer a helping hand. Host could monitor security by setting up Closed -Circuit Television (CCTV) around the facility.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

The villa is beautiful and peaceful we had workers who made us breakfast, cleaned and cooked for us everyday The security guards were there 24/7 we felt safe , especially with the kids playing in the garden I wasn’t worried at all. The owner phoned me every day to make sure we happy with everything I would highly recommend it *******

We’re thankful for letting us stay the place was very nice and had all services, honestly haven’t seen anything better in Zanzibar this was a great experience . Can’t wait for my next stay !!

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

The apartment is on a private compound with a lagoon pool, a playground and a common area with a work space. Perfect for remote work. Everything in the apartment is of great quality and in top condition, the staff at the facility is absolutely lovely and welcoming and there is a little balcony. I can definitely recommend staying there. It's a short walk to the beach and many, many restaurants just around the corner

Incredible, serene and homely place in a quite neighbourhood with good security. Neat home, great furniture. I really enjoyed making breakfast in that kitchen, it had all the utensils we needed. And for the first time after a long while l got to eat breakfast made by my little brother, imagine. What an experience we had. Abdalrahman is a great host, always willing to assist and promptly responded to us. He even gave us good recommendations. Not only was Abdalrahman a great host, what made it even more special was that he partnered us with a great and reliable driver. We were picked up from the airport and that was the start of a memorable week. Yussuf (driver) took us to all the remarkable places and was also so helpful in breaching the language gap when we had to deal with other locals, he even taught us a bit of Swahili. We're definitely coming back!!!

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.

A good place for a one-night stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Walkable to go to the beach and go eat. Nice house manager Mr Jerry. The place doesn’t have WiFi (even though it is advertised), which is tough if you don’t have a local SIM card, and are depending on WiFi for coordinating your trip. Remember to bring bath towels, soap, and toilet paper, as there are no essentials included in this listing. Also the area is prone to electricity blackouts, so if you’re used to staying in hotels with generators, be prepared when staying in any AirBnB in Zanzibar, for blackouts.

Sheila was very kind and always cleaned our apartment perfectly. The location is excellent for accessing shopping options or the beach. The complex is clean, safe, and beautiful, with a great pool area. We will definitely come back again.
