Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

Whether (grand)family or holiday with friends - in our house Dreschkammer in Mellenthin you will find enough space for everyone and still room to retreat and enough privacy. The house consists of a big apartment and a double room on the ground floor, two separate apartments on the upper floor and a small garden behind the house that invites you to sunbathe, romp, barbecue and enjoy a cozy evening.

The lake house offers a wonderful vacation with the most beautiful views of Lake Neuwarper, a bay of the Szczecin Lagoon. From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. A wonderful place to end the day by the fireplace or in the sauna after an extended tour by rowboat or after a swim in the lake. The large garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and teak loungers, and for the little ones a sandbox and a swing.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.
