Holiday rentals with beach access in Stocksund

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

The apartment is clean and beautiful.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Absolutely gorgeous and spacious apartment that was perfect for my family. It was well decorated, and had everything we needed. Amazing views as well, and the small garden in the building was lovely. The location was close to several museums, parks, and public transportation. Easy check in, and Mathias was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, very comfortable and with the boardwalk a couple of minutes away walking, you can really have yourself a relaxing time in this apartment

Great place to stay - modern, very clean, easy to find, nice beds. We were travelling with 3 adults and 2 children (baby and a 4-year-old). There was a high chair, baby cot and dishes for kids in the apartment. The host was helpful and very quick to respond. Only downside was that the elevator was so small, that the strollers couldn't fit in. All in all, can definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great. I felt at home there

Andreas is a friendly and attentive host. The house is spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happy with our own, free parking space for the car. You can walk to the public transport. 10 minutes to the tram and 20 minutes to the metro. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Andreas for your hospitality

We were group of six and loved our stay in this beautiful house. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Extra nice outside area as well plus the pool.Great location for us and everything we needed in short distance. We highly recommend this house for others.

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! What a gem in the Stockholm archipelago?! My friend and I stayed at Mikael and Anna-Viktoria’s cottage for a few days, and absolutely loved it!! The cottage is quite close to Stockholm, we took a 25 min taxi from Slussen, but you could easily get there with great bus connections. The living area is stunning, with beautiful views of the lake, natural light through the day, tasteful decor, and many spots to lounge both indoors and outdoors. We spent our days chilling, bbqing, cooking, walking … the hot tub with views of the lake was a definite highlight! Mikael and Anna-Viktoria are kind and responsive hosts. We would love to be back!

Great stay!

Close to Stockholm but still quiet and idyllic. Sweet accommodation with beautiful furnishings, everything you need. Stina and Anders are really nice and accommodating hosts. There is really a lot to do in the area. We had a rental car, which I would also recommend. We really enjoyed our time there!

Spectalar huge roof terrace with direct views of the fjord and dining room cottages, so even if it gets cooler, you can eat upstairs.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

We had a lovely time over the holiday’s at Jan place. Very nice apartment and quiet neighborhood. Short walking distance from the train station, that goes straight to central Stockholm, a very nice shopping center, with popular stores and wide rage of grocery stores. Also a short walk distance from nice nature. Jan was very good host, helpful, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend his as a host and his place for rental.

Very sweet and helpful hosts who responded quickly to our message and any doubts. We lacked nothing in the apartment and enjoyed every morning and evening the beautiful view from the covered balcony or from the roof terrace. The apartment was beautifully cleaned all over when we arrived and contained all the listed amenities. Everything worked smoothly. A really nice and clear guide to the home was provided to us. Definitely a home that gets the best recommendation from here.

Everything went great! Lina was very kind, accepted us a little earlier than the check-in time, for which we are grateful. It is quiet and peaceful nearby, there is a park where you can walk and very beautiful nature. There is a transport nearby that can take you anywhere. Everything is convenient and very cozy. There are also supermarkets with everything you need. Plus, there are places to eat. We are very grateful for the warm welcome🥰!!

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. Absolutely loved our stay at Stefan’s place. He was a very friendly and accommodating host, easy to communicate with, and made us feel warmly welcome from the start. The apartment was exactly as advertised – nicely decorated, well-equipped, and in a peaceful building despite being right in the heart of “Knivsöder.” The highlight was definitely the narrow balcony with its charming glimpse of the water – perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The fold-out couch was surprisingly comfortable thanks to the proper mattress, and everything we needed was on hand. The only drawback was the spotty internet connection, especially from the bed. Online meetings worked from the kitchen counter (albeit not at lightning speed), so we assume this is more about the router’s location near the front door and the thick walls than the service itself. Hopefully Stefan can improve it with a repeater or router upgrade – in which case the stay would easily go from five to “six stars.”

My family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The highlight for me was the beautiful, newly built glassed-in terrace—such a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better—beautiful views, access to public transit and just a short walk to a great selection of restaurants. Host was very good to check in and quickly answer questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
