Huset ligger uppe på en höjd med utsikt över den lummiga trädgården. I huset finns 1 dubbelsäng, litet bord med stolar, TV, kylskåp, kaffebryggare & toalett med handfat, dock ej dusch. Our rustic guesthouse is right by the water and a sandy beach. One of the bedrooms overlooks the water. One extra bedroom is without a window. You will like our place because of the beautiful location, the garden and that it is has a homely feel . Our accommodation is suitable for friends and couples who want to be close to nature but also to be close to town. Associated toilet & shower is located with own entrance in the basement of our house. The kitchenette is for easy cooking & breakfasts.

Close to Årsta Havsbad and 30 min to Nynäshamn. Own space with the possibility to use shared area with bbq grill & outdoor furniture. Kombinerat sovrum (2*80 sängar) och vardagsrum övre plan. Ca 180-200 cm takhöjd på nedre plan i köket. 5 minuters promenad till mysigt strandbad i sjö. Lantligt med hästar inpå knuten. 300 m från roslagsleden. 5 km bad i havet. 9 km till Älmsta med Ica och restauranger. 25 km till Norrtälje.

A guest house with 4 beds in Saltsjöbaden. Dogs are welcome! Close to the sea, Baggensfjärden, and with a natural reserve behind the house. Yet it is only a 30 minutes train ride from central Stockholm or 20 min by car. If you take the train, it will be a 20 minutes walk from the train station. There is a wonderful forest just behind the cabin with numerous trails for hiking. The sea is 2 minutes away with a little dock and cliffs from where you could swim
