Helenas House is a beautiful place right at the lake with an amazing balcony + view. We really enjoyed our stay there, especially the proximity to nature and the calmness of the surroundings. Helena was a great host. Always quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again. ☺️

Margareta's house is situated in a magic location. The view onto the bay is simply breathtaking, the vast premises and the garden are ever so beautiful, the jetty with access to the sea is great. You can either use your own terrace in front of your house, the one down at the jetty or the sweet winter garden at the highest point of the property. The house is very cosy and perfect for a couple with one child. Margareta is a lovely host, quick to answer all your questions. We can warmly recommend renting this house.

Der kleine private Strand direkt am Haus ist sehr schön. Die warme Dusche mit Blick aufs Meer macht das Baden im Meer auch an kühleren Tagen zu einem Highlight. Lise-Lotte und ihre Familie sind wahnsinnig gastfreundlich. Es ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit, vom Fähranleger abgeholt zu werden. Die Begrüßung war sehr sehr herzlich und wir waren dankbar, dass Lise-Lotte unser Gepäck zur Unterkunft transportiert hat. Wer Ruhe und eine Insel mit tollen Wanderwegen und Badeplätzen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würde immer wieder kommen!

Jag, min man och våra tre vuxna barn tillbringade en helg i magasinet - gott om plats för oss alla. Det var årets första riktiga sommardagar, så en stor del av tiden tillbringade vi i trädgården. Det blev ett dopp i sjön också! Natur i området är mycket rofyllt med påfåglar som spatserade omkring. Och en extra bonus var det fantastiskt goda viltköttet vi kunde köpa på gården. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

We spent the Christmas period at Fredrik’s house and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! The living / kitchen area is so sociable - we were all able to cook, chat and be together by the fire with ease. The house is super cozy with really high quality furnishings to wind down on in the evenings. This place is a lot bigger than what the pictures show the sauna was fantastic too. It was amazing to be so close to nature and the frozen sea, we did a lot of walking around the area in the snowy woodlands and saw all sorts of wildlife! Thank you so much Fredrik - we will most certainly be returning in the future!!

La maison est très belle et l’environnement magnifique et paisible, vraiment au cœur de la nature ! L’intérieur est très grand et très cosy, tous les équipements nécessaires étaient présents. La proximité de différentes petites plages et des balades en forêts ou au bord de l’eau étaient un vrai plus ! Per est excrément réactif, serviable et sympathique, il nous a très bien renseigné pour l’arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons absolument !

Wir hatten so einen schönen Aufenhalt in dem tollen Haus von Marie und Tomas! Für uns war wichtig, dass wir den Ort mit dem ÖV erreichen konnten und das Haus liegt 5 min zu Fuss von der Bushaltestelle und 5 min vom Fähranleger. Wir kamen mit der Fähre von Stockholm - eine wunderschöne Fahrt durch die Schären und wurden von Marie abgeholt und herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und war immer erreichbar. Wir alle haben das Haus geliebt und wären am liebsten für immer eingezogen. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir viele wunderbare Orte auf der Insel besuchen, wie den alten Fähranleger,den Leuchtturm, den See, den kleinen Stand wo das Boot liegt das wir gerne benutzt haben. Da die Ferien in Schweden schon vorbei waren war es sehr ruhig auf der Insel und wir waren meistens überall alleine. Wir haben auch den schönen Garten, die tollste Dusche der Welt unter offenem Himmel und die Sauna genossen. Wir können alles sehr empfehlen und kommen sicher gerne wieder! Danke!

Lena's house (which includes two additional, small cottages, one comprising the bathroom and a bedroom, the other one comprising a separate bedroom) was the perfect spot to experience Stockholm's skärgården. The kitchen is very well equipped, however, what we liked most is the greenhouse that is located in the garden. It offered us a nice spot to eat outside without being instantly "eaten" by the mosquitos, especially at night. We also went to Stockholm for 2 day trips, and this is very well possible, which adds to the overall excellent experience that we had on Nämdö in Lena's house.

Linus was erg behulpzaam en reageerde snel. De accommodatie was erg knus en schoon. Er was ook een hele mooie tuin. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad en raden het zeker aan!

Så trygg värd! Allt var så enkelt och självklart. Rekommenderar verkligen!

Vi var ett sällskap som hade en trevlig helg. Boendet är enkelt, rena sängkläder och välrustat kök för en helg. Nära till matbutiker och fin omgivning. Hans var trevlig och kommunikativ. Träden som hänger över bilvägen precis utanför huset skulle behöva klippas ner då vi tyvärr fick repor på bilen.

Otrolig omgivning, natur och utsikt! Vi vandrade en del av Sörmlandsleden och njöt av den vedeldade brasan, bastun och solnedgången. Ett otroligt fint hus, väldigt fridfullt! Vi missförstod nog att uteduschen bestod av det uppvärmda vattnet från bastuaggregatet som man fick hälla över sig – dvs det var ingen vanlig dusch med tryck. Sen hade några av sängarna lite väl tunna madrasser – men trots det är vi oerhört nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka igen! Tips: käka lunch på Karshamra Mat och Trädgård – otroligt god mat! Fanns två andra mysiga kaféer i närheten också, samt lokala gårdar som sålde honung, sylt och ägg. Väldigt idylliskt, kändes som vi barn i Bullerbyn.

We spent a few wonderful days at Sara’s place - the little cottage is beautiful, very cozy, clean and even nicer than on the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay!

We hebben enorm genoten in het huis van Anna en haar familie. Het is ruim, comfortabel, zeer netjes en prachtig gelegen. Mede door de uitgebreide communicatie en adviezen, hebben we ons erg thuis gevoeld. Voor ons is Anna een superhost.

We spent 12 nights in Erin's accommodation. It was a wonderful stay. The proximity to the sea with the associated boathouse and sauna were unique. The large garden with fruit trees invites you to play extensively. Our two children loved it. The surroundings and nature offer many recreational opportunities. We can highly recommend the accommodation and would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Åse’s home! It was perfect for our family and Åse was a great host. The backyard/deck was perfect for these summer days. We are hoping to stay again in the future when we return to Sweden!

Thank you Mimmie for a wonderful stay. We spent a week in the house with 5 adults and 4 children, ranging from 9m to 11 years. It was so easy to get there by car, and by bus from slussen. Instructions for check in were clear, and easy. The area was fantastic- walkable restaurants, naturespots and swim spots, with others a short busride/drive away. We especially liked the nearby swim spots. The garden was peaceful, with a stunning view, the house beautiful and well equipped. Mimmie was responsive on messaging and very helpful. Mysigt hus från 1800 talet i en väldig fin omgivning. Moderna badrum och ett kök som har det mesta. Grill och stort bord på verandan. Enorm tomt med staket runt om, perfekt om man har hund. Fint område där man även kan gå ner till vattnet. John och hans pappa var väldigt vänliga och hjälpte när det behövdes. Sköna sängar och bra storlek på sovrummen

Vi hyrde huset för andra gången, nu på sommaren. Om möjligt ännu finare då! Anettes hus är ett underbart hus med fin trädgård, lokaliserad på en fin ö. Vi rekommenderar det varmt!

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week. The house is quiet, spacious, and beautiful. Lake Mälaren was just a couple of minutes walk from the door. Our 9 year-old enjoyed the trampoline in the back garden, braving a swim from the private jetty, and regularly seeing deer and horses nearby. We also enjoyed the guitar, because we could play it outside with nobody close enough to be annoyed by it! For somewhere that feels remote, it was easy to drive to Stockholm (1 hour). There’s an old steamboat that picks up from another jetty less than 10 minutes walk from the house, which took us to the pretty town of Mariefred. We also had an afternoon in a canoe on another lake, about 40 mins away, which we’d highly recommend. (Search 'kanotkungen sedan 1975'.) Jennifer was the perfect host — generous and excellent at communication. She met us on arrival, showed us around the house, and shared lots of great tips for places to visit, things to do, and where to get great cakes and food.

Wir haben in dem Haus ein paar wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Es war ruhig und der Zugang zum Meer war toll. Die Kinder liebten das Trampolin und das Spielhäuschen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich mit einem tollen Blick auf den Garten und das Wasser. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A beautiful and spacious house in a stunning location with panoramic views. A great place to relax and explore the area. The house is very well equipped for a family stay including a well stocked open plan kitchen where you can cook and entertain. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Probably needs a car, at least in the winter, but it's also easy to get the bus to Stockholm from nearby.

A spacious and homely well equipped property in an ideal location. Perfect place to relax and immerse yourself in nature. Recommend for couples and families. Karolina’s is a great host and very helpful and responsive at all times… we definitely be coming back!
