The studio is located in the old town of Pula in a historic building dating back to the 15th century. The building is decorated with the relief groups Tres Virtutes inside four-leaf medallions that show the features of Venetian Gothic sculpture, the work of sculptor Dominic. Just a few meters away are: the Forum, the Arch of the Sergii, the Temple of Augustus, Agrippina's house... The Arena is 650m away... The nearest beach, Valkane, is only 1.9km away. The airport is 8 km away, and the bus station is 3 km away.

Villa Bell Aria - Charming Villa in a Green Oasis

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.
